Close to the beach, restaurants,

This was our second stay and you can’t beat the location. The last room we had was far superior to the one we got this time. We requested a two bedroom… The room that has the queen bed, has a window, AC, TV, on-suite bathroom… the room with the king size bed has NO WINDOWS, no on-suite, no tv, no AC and no locking door. In Alberta, a room without windows can not be sold as a bedroom. It is a den or office. If a fire starts in the kitchen or wall, anyone sleeping inside would have no way to escape. I’m not sure how the suite is being insured or rented as a two bedroom. We requested our former suite; which was a proper two bed; and were told it was occupied. It was NOT occupied our entire stay. This property also charges a $10/day additional cost for parking.

This is an amazing place to stay. The location is lovely, right across from a park and beach area. The room was spacious and the building is very modern. Highly recommend as a great place to stay for work or for a family trip.

Apartment was as advertised. Would have been nice to have some extra toilet paper and garbage bags, as well as some paper towel so that we could clean a bit ourselves. Also would have been nice to have bedding for the sofa. Otherwise great!

Clean and good location just infront of lake.Full kitchen is so useful for our family trip. Just hope that a coffee machine would be perfect for our stay instead of a french pressure one.

Great location in a walkable neighbourhood. The apartment was beautiful and new, stocked with everything you need. Lots of restaurants and shopping within an easy walk. Gyro Beach is across the street - best sunsets ever!

Very efficient check in / out process. Comfortable and super clean. Well appointed kitchen. Conveniently located for beach and groceries. We will definitely be back!

Had a great stay! Had 4 people (2 couples) and all the stuff we needed was in the apartment! Brought our bikes to ride the Myra Canyon Tressles and had a secure place to store our bikes. We visited Shoreline Brewing which is at the base of the property- we had appies and played Crib.

Property is pretty good. View out the back has electrical lines and a huge transformer. Carpet is very stained and soiled in and around elevator. Place itself is nice but VERY basic. It is called the Shore and right by the beach but don’t expect any beach towels or chairs or ANYTHING for the beach. Sheet on the bed had small blood stains. We requested another sheet and got one. All of that being said I would stay there again but I would come better prepared for the beach and request a room facing the water.

Great location just across the road from the beach. Dining options on site (Hugo’s is fantastic). Room well equipped. Communication with the property manager was always quick and pleasant. We’ll definitely be back!

The location was great with good food and the beach directly across the street, this is not a hotel and it does not have a concierge. Felt more like an air b&b. My unit 424 had an extremely noisy hvac system and we found it very dificult to sleep. The air circulation system made a whisling sound and upon bringing to the attention of staff nothing was done about it.

Beautiful condo, right across from the beach. Parking is not the best because it is shared with the public. We would definitely visit here again.

This is a great place for families with pets. The suites for the most part are spacious and provide adequate amenities for preparing meals in to save money. For those without pets, it's fantastic having a great beach right across the street, but dogs are not allowed there. A grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and several restaurants are nearby, as is a lovely bike path down Abbot St if you want to take scooters downtown. For two bedroom suites, the x05, x06, x22 and x23 suites offer the best views, and the x05 and x22 suites have two balconies. Avoid the x26 suites as those are smaller than the other two-bedroom suites, have no window in the bedroom with the king-sized bed and the ensuite is off the other bedroom, which is very small.

This was a great place to stay. We parked on the street and walked everywhere. The restaurants are amazing and the beach across the road is so perfect. Excellent pedestrian area, even with the traffic. The terrace is a great place for a rooftop wine and cheese or a bbq. We will likely bring the kids next time because there is so much to do! Respose from hotel staff to our texts were aleays prompt and accommodating. Highly reccommend!

The location was convenient as it was across the street from gyro beach and a short drive from the marina and shopping. The unit had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Very nice, I would stay there again without question.

Convenient location, easy check in. Rooms are nice at the first glance but the windows looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. There were ink stains on the bedding and the bathtub didn’t drain. Guest services was great regarding communication and had maintenance up quickly to fix the tub. Unfortunately housekeeping never came to change the bedding and we ended up washing it ourselves. Would return for the location but they really need to reconsider their housekeeping services.

Owners communicated well; room was excellent; everything was perfect except for the pets in the building.
Dog owners had trouble gaining control over their animals at times and the barking and crying was unfortunate. Also: pets had several accidents on the carpets in the hallways and near the elevators.
Still … so good overall !! 9.8 on 10

The building, proximity to the beach and amenities are excellent. Communication and ease of check in were also excellent. The only issue is the very noisy road beside the building.

Great location. Beach across the street, restaurants and grocery store close by.
Unless you have a unit facing the beach, you'll be facing the parking lot and an electrical station. Not the best.
Parking is a bit of a pain. Spots are tiny and can be tough to find on weekends.
Unit is a bit cramped and furniture was uncomfortable. I found the bed way too soft and bed frame was really noisy and creaky. Surprised me for a newer place.

Our favourite place to stay when we visit Kelowna. Easy keyless checkin and access to the beach is a plus.

Shore is just opposite the beach that’s what I like and lots of dining area on the ground floor. What I don’t like is the parking are so tiny and should be free. The room itself is already pricey and you still need to pay for your parking.

This is our second stay at the Shore. Great location across the street from Gyro Beach. Great room that sleeps 3 with a full kitchen Easy to get to and shopping for groceries is only a 10 minute walk. Great location and only 10 minute drive from downtown. Roof top patio complete with barbeques and picnic tables is awesome for a family meal and for hanging out in the evening by the fire table. Will definitely book here again in the future.
