Amazing room, amazing food and amazing staff! Can't go wrong spending a night or two here

Stuff lovely but in a room a lot of dust and two massive spiders. In general place is on great location and atmosphere is really nice. Only improvement I can say it needs is that rooms need to be cleaner.

The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!

This was a lovely room, very clean and comfortable with beautiful decor. The only disappointment was how far the parking was from the hotel but it was all ok in the end and a lovely stay.
