My wife and I had the pleasure of spending two nights at this historic hotel recently. Charming, comfortable, renovated tastefully with friendly service. We ate dinner at their restaurant on the first floor our second night and it too was excellent. We will return.

It had a very “quaint” feel and is convenient to everything. The man who checked us in was lovely and very helpful. Coffee in the morning was a huge bonus!

The Iron Horse is one of the best stays we have had in Hot Springs. The Inn is clean and nicely decorated. Our room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the claw foot bathtub was a bonus. We will be back.

We absolutely love this place! We stay at least a couple of times each year. The atmosphere is charming and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

The late 1800's hotel was definitely a beautiful place to stay, if you like that kind of vibe. The restaurant downstairs was amazing too, great food and ambience.

It’s so friendly and family oriented. The room was very clean and we love the comfort of the bed and mattress. The food is always delicious too.

Located above a restaurant. No fridge, microwave or tv in the room. Jacuzzi was a real plus. Only drawback was very limited parking.

Excellent stay at the Iron Horse. Room was very nice and large-comfortable bed. Conner at check in was very helpful, and we rested well at this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable room. We loved the historic features of the Inn. This is a no frills hotel. No TV, coffee maker, microwave, etc in room. These are available in the lobby though. Our room was overlooking the downtown area. The only thing the room needed to make the stay better would be room darkening curtains. Because of the lights from the street the room stayed very light even with the blinds closed. Even so, we would recommend staying here.

Everything about this property is fantastic, but especially the owners. They go above and beyond to ensure you have everything and happy.

They did laundry until 10-11 pm and the wall and bed shoke lamps and side tables rattled from shaking the bed made me sick it felt like I was laying on a vibrating bed for hoursss doors slammed a lot and loud music from next room there was no attendant to speak to and in the morning still no attendant

There is old and quaint but this ain’t it. Every step causes a squeak. No place to get coffee b4 7:00. Will try an BnB next time.

The inn is owed by a couple. Very nice people. The food and bar downstairs are ran by the same couple. The inn is very comfortable. Feels like home not just some hotel. The owners are very eager to please the guess.

Nice place to stop in. Cute town with plenty of outdoor activities in the area...hiking, rafting, hot springs. We enjoyed our stay.

Historic place in the heart of small downtown Hot Springs. Park your car upon arrival and walk everywhere during your stay. Note that "historic" also means small room and some reasonable noise -- footsteps on creaking hallway floors, train whistling by. All worth it to me! I loved this place.

Great experience and quiet little town! Staff was extremely friendly! My only complaint would be the noise you hear from your room. You can hear every little crack down the hallway as people walk. Just be ready to expect that with the age of the hotel.

Loved my stay. Room was very clean and full of character. The owners are very nice and were a pleasure to get to know. The food was excellent and all the staff was professional and courteous. Great location if you like quick access to scenic roads. Will stay again.

Iron Horse Station was excellent. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff was amazing. Restaurant downstairs had great food. Grabbed drinks and went up to common area to play board games. Planning on coming back

The pictures on the listing were misleading. The amenities claims a full spa on the premises, but that is false, there is a spa that is booked up down the street. The room was hot the entire time, but they did provide box fans. There was dust on the vents, cracker crumbs under the bed, and a sticky stain on the floor. We were told that they would try to make it right on the first night, but that never happened. There are plenty of more comfortable options around with AC and a TV, but we were trapped in the booking by the 50% cancelation fee. Probably wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless your goal is to have a 1920's themed experience or have always dreamed of staying in a brothel!

Absolutely wonderful place. Would highly suggest this quant victorian type hotel. It really can send you back in time. The staff were awesome cordial and really made one feel at home.I will be coming back.

The atmosphere, the proprietors were very friendly, the place was clean and well kept.

Gary and Karen do a fabulous making every guest feel like they are home. Friendly and hard working, they keep the rooms clean and comfortable. Plus the restaurant has Great tasting food!
