The room and bed were comfortable. The lobby is under construction and the dust and noise from the construction was very noticeable and disruptive. We did not have hot water in the shower. The breakfast hot dishes were completely cold and not very appealing. We stayed on the 4th floor and there was a very strong cigarette smell in the hallway.

The receptionist was incredibly slow, unhelpful and tried to fob me off with a different room than I’d paid in advance for.
After 25minutes he gave me the room I’d paid for.
Service through the stay was extremely slow from almost all of the staff, some were rude with limited manners. Cleaning up whilst I was eating, moving me to one side at one point during breakfast.
The service was just about the worst I’ve seen from an international hotel like Blu Raddison.
To avoid the dreadful service downstairs I ordered room service and they did not pick up the phone so I had to go down and order. It took 50 minutes to deliver a cold burger and chips. Truly awful.
I won’t be staying again.

I was wrongfully charged nearly 100 euro in several smaller charges. I have been trying to contact the hotel at least four times - no response. Radisson customer service not very helpful either - they apparently have no access to the hotel bills. Don’t book there. They are cheats and thieves

Great stay however terrible after sales service. Great clean and comfortable hotel, however following my stay I had an invoice query and despite numerous emails I have received no contact or response on my query. Hugely disappointing.

The property was amazing. I use this chain worldwide. The facility is on the high standard they keep. What sets this one apart is amazing staff. Exceptionally good service and hospitality.

This isn't a five-star hotel by any stretch. It's not in a good area. The pool and gym are tiny. The street noise is loud and a bank alarm when off repeatedly, both nights I was there. It went off about 20 times a night and was very loud. When I talked to the hotel staff about it, they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about, when the alarm was probably 10 times louder than a normal car alarm. There were some kind and thoughtful staff members at the hotel, but honestly, they need a lot more training. No one really seems to know what they are doing, and the smallest task takes five times longer than it should. There are much, much better places to stay in Casablanca. Radisson has zero business promoting this property as a five-star hotel. Zero.

Hotel was clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Arranged for a private driver for us to the airport. Breakfast was included and it was very good! As an American traveling to Morocco for the first time there were wonderful new foods to experience yet familiar items to eat as well. We felt safe and the staff so helpful. I forgot my adapter and they kindly brought me one to use.

The room king room was so small that there was no place to put our boxes and we could not move around that the reason that we left to another hotel
The staff were overwhelmed during breakfast I asked for egg white omelet and I was given regular egg twice

Good location. 10 min walk to Medina which we really enjoyed looking around. Had dinner in the lobby restaurant which was really nice & a great gin & tonic to wash it down. Bartender was good at his job! Asked if the ice was from filtered water and initially told no but then someone else came & said it definitely is, good for our westernised tummy’s. We went out for breakfast so cannot comment on that. Parking was ok, but tricky navigating the parking garage & a the young man at reception ended up bringing our car around to us when we checked out - great service - thanks!

Sauna should be open early in the morning 6:00 am not at 11:00 am. I haven’t seen any hotel charging to use it. Radisson Blue does

The swimming pool and spa should be apart of the hotel package and the breakfast buffet should have a wider selection. The staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are amazing.

Clean hotel in a rundown neighborhood- had a hard time and long wait on checkout

Great stay, friendly staff. Tried to book airport shuttle a couple weeks in advance but communication was rocky on email and phone. In the end the shuttle worked out and all was well. The area around the hotel has some unfinished construction.

I really did enjoy my stay at the Radisson Blu hotel. Everything about it was a 5 star in my opinion. I won’t hesitate to select the Radisson again if and when I return to Casablanca.

Enjoyable stay. It is like a good business hotel. I really appreciated the room service and good food. You can order food late at night and get very tasty dishes delivered to your door. This is great for travellers who arrive late at night. Service is good at reception and throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was fine if a little small. There are always taxis passing by the hotel to take you wherever you want to go. The medina is about 25-30 mins away on foot. Recommended.

The hotel was situated in an older part of the city however, the hotel itself was well worth the stay. We were upgraded and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. For an overnight stay we were treated very well.

Wonderful hotel room, classy. Staff very helpful. Bars and restaurants under lit and drinks are way too expensive. Hotel is surrounded by apartment buildings but interesting area to explore.
