Never again

We had a very nice stay this past weekend. We were in town for a soccer tournament. The hotel had everything we needed, breakfast was great, we enjoyed the outdoor area in the evening, and the kids loved the basketball court. We will definitely stay again!

WiFi reception was horrible. Couldn’t down load it as it kept on saying that it didn’t recognize me as a guest. Then the front desk gave me a totally different login. Could not get online at all on any apps. Was able to text. Breakfast, horrible prefab eggs. Juices tasted like water. Get an employee to make waffles. The people couldn’t do it right and took to long as there was a line. 6am to 9pm breakfast??? Come on that ends too early. Your employee working breakfast needs more help. She was doing her absolute best but the work was beyond 2 people. I gave her a big tip. The only thing that was good was the coffee. The TV charged me twice $24 for NETFLIX and I only looked at it then went back to the regular channels which had garbage. I have no idea how I was charged as I didn’t give any info. Had to be the card number in your system for my stay. Came in at 9:30 one night, no one at front desk. Needed to ask a question. No one showed up. Went to room and called several times no answer. Went back downstairs to locate them no one there for 15 minutes. Mean while at the front door a man was trying to get in. These are security doors and I’m not in the position to let them in. Finally a man came down the hall. He was the front desk person. I told him I was trying to contact him for over a half hour. He said to me nasty I wasn’t gone a half hour. Well all I have to say is the shower and bed were good. Never been in a Hilton this bad. Best regards, Roxanne Hartman 908-906-6455

I'm so glad I followed the positive reviews on this property instead of the pictures. It's a lot nicer than the pictures online. Front desk guy was nice. He said the pet fee is $75 but reduced it when I showed him the listing on Expedia ($50). We haven't had breakfast yet but i suspect it's going to be pretty good. It's billed as a hot breakfast. The hotel is renovated and clean. Do note that the EV charging is only for Teslas.

We usually stay at a different hotel near by and we are so thankful we changed our minds and will now make this our go to from this point on. Friendly clean and just nice!

We stayed here last year & we were very pleased. Once again this year, the hotel staff was extremely friendly & our room was very comfortable.

It was perfect! The staff had excellent customer service. They were extremely friendly and made great suggestions. They checked on us throughout our stay and assured we had everything we needed. There were lots of food options for breakfast. The room was spacious and clean.

Great customer care!

We would not have booked this hotel if we knew the pool was closed for undisclosed reasons. We weren't informed at time of booking, no one said anything at time of check in so we got ready and went down only to find out it was closed. The front desk assured us it would be open the next morning at 8, but it didn't open. We had options and a long travel day and our kids were looking forward to the pool. Would have appreciated a heads up or reduced rate.

Staff is friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Property is quite nice, in a quiet area and close to freeway access and other basic necessities. Pool looks nice but didn’t get to use it. The outdoor seating area is also quite pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was so bad with paper plates and plastic cups Ask the lady that coffee ran out she rudely said I am busy Busy washing paper plates??!!

It was an amazing stay, i always enjoy booking here. My bf and me try to go around and find really good hotels when we are on trips and this is by far the best in Rancho. I wish they had a jacuzzi but the pool is heated and its awesome!

We were in town for a fitness competition and our car was broken into right outside of the building of room 233. We caught the guy going through our stuff and scared him off. Our entire car was rifled through we are still trying to confirm what’s missing. I reported it to the front desk and security guard twice now and have yet to receive an answer for a call back to discuss what happened or provide video footage (as there was a camera facing directly where we were parked). Would not recommend staying here , as they clearly do not value customer safety or security.

I didn’t like the breakfast at all, otherwise it was a decent place to stay in for a night or two.

Great place to stay for 3 days when we were in Sacramento for an event. Staff was friendly and included breakfast. Room size was spacious with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Its been an amazing stay....but my hat goes off to the kitchen staff who make breakfast everyday. The pool is nice and relaxing. But most important about this review is our cleaning staff they make my room comfortable relaxing and

Really great hotel, enjoyed my stay!

There was sharp objects in carpet. Cut foot. Staff was notified, objects were removed, but no compensation... Couch is sunken in making it very uncomfortable to use, Too many outlets did not work, no toiletries filled in shower. Asked in mornings upon leaving to have clean towels but never was on it in room, every night had to go to front desk to get towels. Very disappointed..

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Very clean and comfortable; bedding, streaming tv’s, kitchen, ceiling fan, duel climate settings, spacious, updated, etc. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great property. Sofa beds are never comfortable. I suggest put only very small children on sofa bed, as the mattress is very thin. My 85 pound daughter said she felt the bar underneath the sofa mattress, causing some discomfort. The normal beds are excellent!

The staff is very accommodating and so nice. The room that I booked was very clean and blew me away. The service here is really good.
