We stayed here 3 nights. It is the perfect location, in the heart of Como, for exploring the town and the lake. The ferry ticket office and pier is 100 meters away. There are many restaurants within a 5min walk. It is within walking distance to both Como train stations for those using public transport. Camilla is very helpful with good communications in English. WhatsApp is available to message or talk with her. The building is typical of older Italian buildings but the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms updated.

Great location very close to the lake. Beautiful building and super clean room with a really nice bathroom. Very friendly, helpful staff.
