2 incidents turned me off to the place In the evening my 40 year old wife who looks 40, took the teen kids to the exercise room to workout. A female staff member very surprisingly came in. Then she started questioning my wife about her age. saying if we had the kids in there they had to have someone with that that was 18. Nothing about my wife appearance would suggest that she is a teen. During breakfast the bus boy came out and yelled at me in open public for setting a bowl with milk and cereal in the wash tub. Apparently it supposed to be dumped into the trash can and not set in the plastic tub. Never in my years, would I considerate it common sense to dump a bowl of fluids in the trash can. When choosing a place, family friendliness is the number 1 factor we look for. All the ads for the pace make it look so. But the incompetent staff does not leave you feeling welcome.

This may be the finest motel that I have ever stayed in. I liked the breakfast, the spacious room, comfortable bed and sheets, nice towels, friendly staff, large TV, cleanliness --- everything! Maybe I didn't go for the sliding bathroom door, but everything else was first class. I will try to stay at Home 2 Suites whenever I travel and will recommend to others,

This was our second time staying at this particular site. We had high expectations for a great stay! THis time we brought our pet for the first time at a hotel. The staff was great. The only thing we aren't hip on is the breakfast; we just odn't care for it compared to others. Also, the coffee is awful. Even the one in the room is not good.

Stayed 2 nights, place was very nice. Staff was very friendly. My children & I enjoyed our time. If there was any complaint, it would be that the swimming pool could have been a little warmer. But other than that, great place to stay.

We stopped here when we moved to northern MN from IN. We had been on the road for about 7 hours with 3 cats. I share that because it had been a long day (week, really) and this place was a perfect spot to recover and rest. Not many places accept cats but this hotel does. It was quiet, clean and the staff was great. We had our cars packed with stuff since we were moving and I was apprehensive about that before we arrived but it was fine. It’s a quiet area in general, off the road a bit but safe and well-lit. I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself passing through.

Apparently its against policy to be a local guest. Dont live in eau claire or chippewa falls if you want to book here. They dont want local business they want outbof townersto book with them. Apparently with covid in 2020 they changed policy and made kt so only out of towners could stay. Not posted anywhere but when you goto check in.

Very nice place to stay.

Was fine. Newer property so that was nice. Quiet location. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Big rooms and lots of counter space and shelves for your stuff if needed. Sliding door on bathroom didn’t stay shut- would just roll back open. But to be fair, we didn’t report it. Family with several children seemed to be using the hallway as a running and play space. Staff proactively addressed a guest who had their large dog with them in the breakfast service area. Overall it was a decent stay.

Great stay for our family! Our room was so clean and spacious. The pillows were so comfortable I want them at home. All common areas were very clean. Pool was fun! Breakfast was great and the kids loved the options. It’s pet friendly- we didn’t bring our dog but we’re happy to know we could have. My kids loved seeing some pups there. Will stay again if we make it back to Eau Claire!

We travelled a lot this year and visited various hotels. This by far is the best we have been to. It is located in a mall. It is in a safe area. It is super clean and freshly renovated. The breakfast was above and beyond what one would expect anywhere else. The food is served in regular plates with regular silverware and actual glasses. The selection is excellent and fulfilling. The staff is exceptionally friendly. There is a super clean fitness room and a super clean pool. There are two elevators. We were beyond satisfied and will make the point of staying again.

The hotel was nice enough except that the faucets in our room would move and weren’t installed properly.

Check in was quick, the hotel was super clean and breakfast was great! The rate was a steal for the amount of room we had! I would definitely stay again-if was a great place!
