I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Anteroom Naha in Okinawa, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s modern and stylish design immediately caught my eye, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to provide recommendations made my stay even more enjoyable.

An excellent stay, however I would highly recommend choosing one of the suite rooms if you are travelling from overseas with large cases.

This was the third or fourth time I stayed at Anteroom Naha. I really like the room setup and find it to be a relaxing place to stay. The management was less proactively customer oriented this time around —they didn’t know that I was a returning customer and were less welcoming. I enjoyed getting to stay in a different room with different art this time.

I visited this hotel the last week in between jobs. The staff were very friendly and see to all my needs during my staycation. Their restaurant great and excellent, with a variety of choices to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfort. Their location is also very accessible to the airport; cost lesser than 1500 yen from the airport. Will definitely recommend this hotel for all persons that to stay close to the airport and “Kokusai Doori.”

Everything was super clean and comfortable! It is also a 15~ minute walk to international street and the beach. There is not much but houses directly around it though.

Lovely stay. The art gallery is indeed a great addition to the overall scenery. Staffs are friendly and really flexible with requests I made. Definitely we will come back.

It was a true surprise to find a hotel with so much characters. Art work, seaside view, friendly staff made my stay memorable. The view from the cafeteria, in particular, was unforgettable with boats and ships going by. I hope to stay here again next time in Naha.

I would recommend everything except that the refrigerator in the room is very small and has no capacity.
Next time, I would like to visit for a longer period of time as a workcation.

Anteroom Naha is about art and the urban Tomari port. There are art installations and special rooms featuring the work of different artists. Rooms overlook the functioning port, a 15 minute walk or so from Miebashi station. The hotel has a quiet, seaside feel but is also new, urban, modern, and clean. The people who work the desk and the bar are friendly and accommodating. You can rent a bike (500 yen for one ride, 1000 yen for 3 hours, 1500 for the day). I'd like to stay here again.

beautiful rooms, with a nice view of the harbour (which is not that beautiful...it's a business harbour); wonderful artworks in the rooms as well as everywhere in the hotel that make it a joy to walk through
THE NOT SO GOOD:
There was no desk or table in my standard double room - so terrible for working;
or for eating breakfast in the room, as was required due to Corona)
Breakfast - they tried hard to offer some more special, exciting choices than the usual bland hotel fare...but it's just not so good - maybe do less things (now it has like 3 parts, including salad...), maybe do less, but better?

Highly recommend for international vacationers looking for a great property and excellent service. The rooms were clean, fresh, and the onsite food was amazing.
