It was very good. Only issue I had was that the breakfast was not ready until after 7:30 am (Sunday) and it was advertised that breakfast is available starting at 6 am. Otherwise, all was good.

There was a terrible odor on the hall way on the 6th floor where we stayed. Smelled like a sewage issue.

One of the better Hampton Inn I have visited. The hotel was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The staff was excellent always greeted with smiles.

Great staff. Great location, wih plenty of food in walking distance. Clean room. The bed is a Hampton bed. But better them most Hamptons.

Overall this was a good stay. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The room did smell a bit of animals when we arrived but after turning the AC and fan on a little higher, the smell seemed to mostly go away.

My suite was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I'll be returning and recommending to all of my friends and colleagues.

Mel and Kendra the front desk clerks are truly a blessing. Very informative and helpful just awesome and the manager Scottie is just the best always friendly and very entertaining

We’ve stayed here a few times in the last 2 years but this time around the service wasn’t as usual. We asked for someone to come and clean the room on our third day and it wasn’t vacuumed, beds weren’t made. Only towels replaced. When AC is put at a higher setting like 72/73 it has a humid muggy smell in the room.
Breakfast in the past is usual a little better, this time around it was lacking things, eggs and pancakes weren’t as tasty as they’ve been in the past. Disappointed this trip. For the price charged for 3 nights, it doesn’t add up to the experience.

For a Hilton property that charges high end prices I was highly disappointed at your breakfast you provided guests.
The selection was nothing short of a truck stop, cold coffee, terrible selection of choices, some items unidentifiable and no selection of fruit, the same wrapped apple was there all weel. How could you serve this to your guests,

Short stay but check in was smooth, staff was friendly and informative and the hotel is very well maintained and clean. The hotel seems new.

The front desk staff was very hospitable and always able to help answer questions. Genuinely looked happy doing her job and that anymore is a rarity, so when found deserves to be acknowledged. The facilities were immaculate. Breakfast each morning was on point and stayed well stocked and clean. The sanitation team and team that did the breakfast were all gems as well always smiling and making a point to speak. Will definitely stay again and recommend

The staff were pretty rude. No one smiled and acted as if you were disturbing them when you asked any questions. The room was so humid and damp no matter how low the AC was.

The room was clean, bed not terrible for a hotel; in my opinion, the cost of hotels now days are too high, I would have liked to have paid a little less for this style and type of accommodation.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We tried to check in early because we got in 5hrs. early, but could not. The breakfast was typical of a Hampton Inn so nothing to get excited about. I have no major complaints.

This was a nice hotel with a friendly staff. I was able to check in a little earlier. Convenient location with the mall 2 miles away, walmart, publix and many othe shopping areas. Great highway access. I would definately here again!

Everyone was nice and we enjoyed breakfast(bacon would be a good choice). The bathrooms need exhaust fans. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I had surgery at the Tampa Brandon Healthplex which is in close proximity to the hotel. It was the a quiet stay. Staff very friendly and even helped hold the door and got the elevator for me and my husband. They knew I had just had outpatient surgery. Very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast for the next morning when I could eat. Comfortable beds, clean, they had ice machines to refill my ice pack also. Close to several food choices within walking distance. Stonehill Public had awesome shepards pie too, just across the parking lot from the hotel.
