Overall a very positive experience. Friendly staff. Good restaurants in walking distance. I turned the thermostat from 74 to 65 for sleeping, but it took about 8 minutes for the unit to respond. Staff said that often happens. Bathroom is basic and has large dispenses of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Small fridge. Plenty of storage space. about 30" flat screen that you can cast to.

The staff was virtually non existent, I had reservations then when I checked in the staff member was not friendly nor welcoming. It was clean though. It was the only time that I have considered taking a loss of money to go find another hotel to stay at.

Clean hotel. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Great accomodations in the bathroom. Staff was great handling some issues we had very promptly. And a pretty decent free breakfast every morning

We Found someone’s food leftover in the fridge which is really disgusting and then the staff come in without any apology, after cleanup, we said thank you but she didn’t say anything really no manners at all and left

Cleaning staff left carts and bins in odd places blocking hallway. Very few gluten free choices. Most hotels offer Cheerios at least. At least they had oatmeal… oh, no microwave to make it! Weird. Otherwise very pleasant staff.

Traveled to Brevard to visit my daughters at college. This hotel was wonderful. Great location that is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. All the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Brevard or the surrounding area...

Came back to my room after the 1st day to fine that the room hadn't been cleaned and the bed made. Had to call down to get clean towels and received no offer to send some to clean up. The next night i had to climb down 3 flights of stairs and stand outside in 40 degree weather with nothing but a T-Shirt and shorts because one of the employees decided to cook a meal in on of the rooms which set off the fire alarm. Again no offer from management to make up for the massive inconvenience. On the 3rd morning i went for breakfast at 9 AM only to find some stale bread available. No eggs, no sausage, not even a bagel. The service put a damper over our entire trip.

We were getting ready for sleep and we started hearing pounding from the upstairs room. We tried to call the front desk and she didn’t answer. I had to get dressed and walk to the front desk where she asked what would she like me to do. She called their room three times she claims she was not allowed to go to the room and knock on the door to talk to the occupants. Instead her solution was to move us to a higher floor! The room didn’t even have the same accommodations as the previous room.

Basically great experience But - some management concerns. Some breakfast items in short supply - no milk. No Kleenex in room - again none in supply. Cleaning staff attending room late in afternoon after we returned from a days activities.

For being a new hotel in the area i was not impressed. Very basic for the price for a room. When i entered the people at the desk were chatting and i had to wait a few mintues before they finally said hi to me. We ended up going out to breakfeast as it looked much bigger in the pictures. Not bad for a one night stay but in my opinion a little over priced for how basic it was.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and modern. The mattress and pillows were comfortable and we got a great night’s rest. Good breakfast selection, even with coming down for the last 20 minutes. Great stay and we would choose this hotel for future stays!

Paid for a king bed room but third party booked with hotel as 2doubles. Hotel said they could not fix it even though I had a confirmation. Desk clerk was very dismissive…..not her faults due to policy but a little empathy would have gone a long way. Another desk clerk on duty was very helpful.

We had the worst experience at check-in on the night of 9/16. The woman at the front desk was apparently not familiar with the check-in process. She messed up all 3 of our reservations, was disrespectful and rude. We spent an hour at the front desk this morning getting everything straightened out, including refunds where we were charged twice. Thanks to Lizzy for helping us out. She was the only bright spot in this stay.

It was very clean. The breakfast had lots if choices and was very appetizing. They also had snacks and even frozen meals you could purchase it was very convenient.

The property was nice and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The pool was not desirable, it was dirty with green slime inside and many leaves inside. It looked like it was weeks since cleaned. I was very disappointed with the pool, as I had brought my swimsuit to take a dip.
