For the price it’s amazing. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but on the inside it exceeded my expectations. Amazing location and comfy stay! Front desk was wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again!

This hotel was very convenient to Little Caesars Arena. There is free parking at the hotel. The unit was clean, but unit needs updating with its bed linens. We had only one pillow and the quilt was on the light side. The unit had a microwave and a mini fridge. There was a coffee maker , but no coffee or glasses for the coffee. The tv didn’t work as it needed to be specifically programmed to get any stations and there were no instructions as to how to do it. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful in letting us know how to get to the arena. I would stay again for an overnight stay as it was reasonably priced.

The hotel is clean and the people are friendly! But it is rundown! It is in a prime location! We wanted to be in a place with walking distance and for one night! If I can get that deal somewhere else I would take it! But it is safe and I love the parking lot!

Nice view of the Motorcity Casino! walking distance to downtown about 15-20 mintures, which is not bad. Great location.

Solid choice for a budget motel. Loved being in the core for a reasonable price. Condition of room is quite dated, but not bad at all.

The host was very accomodating. It's within walking distance to both Wayne State and downtown arenas, and it's well worn but comfortable. Would stay here for sure next time I'm in Detroit.

The motel was perfect location! 1 mile from ford field and 5 min walk to casino! Rooms were perfect for a short stay and couldn’t have been more helpful! We will def be back

For the price the room was fine, there was a bed, running water, and heat/ac-there was a microwave and small refrigerator as well. I like the hardwood floors, not a fan of carpet.

The place is close to Little Ceasars which made it convenient and pricing was within my budget for Detroit visit. Bedding was fine. Not a fancy place.

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because so many reviews said it wasn't as bad as people made it out to be. It was worse. The floors in the room didn't look like they were properly swept and one look in a drawer and you'll find dirt and dead bugs. The worst part was that there was a huge cockroach hanging around outside the rooms probably just waiting to run inside. We checked out within an hour of checking in. For $86 a night I stayed at a cleaner hotel with much better service. It's definitely not worth the cheaper price. Just stay in a hotel.

This place is a disaster. Tried checking in at 2 pm was told check in wasn’t until 3. The room was dirty. We said fine got the key and said we would be back after our show. Got back went to the room after the show. Knowone was in the office. Went to the room it was horrible. Took pictures. Put the key on the counter in the room and left. Did not stay there. Drove 5 hours home. Wouldn’t stay there if my lift depended on it.

No one to check me in waited 20 mins then went to find someone and eventually got into my room. Sadly when I went to bed the sheets were stained from previous use, the wash didn’t clean the stains that looked urine stains!
I can’t recommend to anyone and I’d really a refund of some kind as it was very over priced

extremely dirty room, very strong cigarette smell inside the room, bathroom with very dirty walls, used towels, dirt all over the room, there is no room service. I stayed for two days and they didn't fix my room, the TV was stained with candy, the coffee maker didn't work, the mirrors were totally dusty and the worst of all was the very strong smell of cigarettes inside the room. I am an extremely allergic person to cigarettes and I got really sick after I left this motel. I do not advise anyone to stay at this place.

Good cheap stay. However, we felt the need to buy airfrsheners because the room smelt like cigarette smoke. As well as sheets, the ones on the beds were stained. Over all it could have been cleaner but you get what you pay for. Much safer area now that the new casino is in!

The lady at front desk was very nice. It was quite and the lication was great! Bed was comfortable, room was dusty but overall clean.

It was alright. Areas a little sketchy. Rooms were sub par. Buddy i was with kept finding dead bugs and the toilet wasn’t connected very well to the wall. But hell we got drunk at the pistons game and forgot all about that stuff.

Room was clean, staff was pleasant, parking was easy. Right across from Motor City Casino and close to MGM. Price was reasonable!

Hotel has been closed for 90+ days due to Covid 19. Hotels.com will NOT refund my money. I don't undetstand 🤔
