This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were good size and clean. The beds were comfy.. Loved having a dishwasher in the room to clean our granddaughters' bottles, etc. The staff were all super friendly. The pool was warm and great for our grandkids to swim in. The hotel is close to the Mall of America...only a couple minute drive to the East parking garage We will definitely stay here again.

Although the weather wasn’t the best we had a family trip to mall of America. Our stay at home to suite was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The front desk was so friendly and told us about the shuttle to the mall! Very helpful!

Our stay was great, except housekeeping kept knock on the door from 8 am until we checked out even though checkout wasn't until 11am. They made us feel like we need to rush and it was annoying. Other than that it was a great hotel.

The room was the right price and size for our family of 5. We really only need a place to crash for the night. The room was comfortable, but I wasn't happy with the parking fee as there are a few other hotels in the area that offer free parking. Breakfast area was a steady stream of people including many people down there right at 7 am.

Easy check in, clean rooms, and comfy beds keep us coming back. Enjoyed playing games off the lobby area. Breakfast always provides many tasty choices. Will always be our choice when visiting the area.

I have stayed here 7 times in the last 2 yrs. The location is convenient, the hotel is very clean and in great condition. My only complaint is the $10 self parking fee which was started Nov 2023.

Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Not alot of options for a buffet. When my family and i went to the pool, there was feces in it. We wasnt able to use the facility.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The one and only downside was having to pay for parking when there is plenty of parking available.

The staff at this location was amazing! The hotel is extremely clean. The breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. The only negative I (and my friends) would give is for the pillows. Bring your own from home. Whoa! They were not comfortable at all. Each one of my friends complained about neck issues.
