The place was nice and clean. The property manager can’t give you immediate service. The place did not have any tissue so I had to use my own funds to purchase the tissue. I had registered for three guest but there was only enough towels for two. The property manager did not address my concerns until the next day late afternoon. The patio door blind was broken and patched together. I noticed several blinds broken once we closed the binds for privacy. The sofa had a broken arm with a pillow covering up the damage and sofa was not comfortable to sit or sleep. It needs to be replaced.

The only issue the 2nd bathroom did not have a shower and the holes on the floor.

We had a great stay. Our suite was clean and comfortable. It was in the French quarters, but away from all the craziness, so it wasn’t as noisy as Bourbon Street. I had to call and speak to customer service a few times and they were very responsive and prompt to my needs. I would 100% recommend this location and I would totally stay here again when visiting New Orleans.

The is not a quite house, if you plan on partying all night long it would be a great place, but if you want to sleep the party buses are louder than the tv when they come by.

We liked the clean, fresh apartment. Was perfect for 2 couples, it also had 2 bathrooms. The area is super walkable and convenient to all areas around new orleans. The patio is shared but we didnt see any others. The front bedroom was very noisy as it was facing the street, but this will be the case for any property remotely close to the French Quarter.

I didn’t like paying a extra charge of 189$ over the room price and also the 25$ a night to park the couch was torn and the carpet in the living room was just nasty

We really enjoyed the location of the property. It was only a black or two from so many great places.

Should have just stayed at a hotel. These rental property situations are not as nice an experience and take business away from the local hotels and community. If they want to compete, Hosteeva really needs to put in a little more effort to make it worth it because right now it's not.

The place is beautiful with a good location but we encountered several issues. The bed is so firm that we woke up sore for several days, even after leaving. The fridge did not work, though we didn’t know that when we loaded it with food. They sent someone to fix it but it still never got cold. The A/C unit is also very loud. You can’t hear the tv over it and it is loud enough to wake you at night. And finally there is blue light that flashes in the washer closet in the bedroom that shines all night long through the cracks in the closet door. We could also hear the neighbors yelling the whole time as there is no sound proofing.

Love the option to book apartment or condo instead of regular hotel room. This unit was clean. Bed & couch are comfy. Nice kitchen. The only issue was a guy sleeping on the ground near the elevator...but hey, that's how NOLA rolls sometimes.

First it was very hard to find this condo. After searching on my own for a few minutes I called and asked for help. When i called they gave us a new address which was someone's home. We called back then they sent us the original address. Once we found the room everything was great until I realized that we didn't have wifi. This would have been fine if the room came with cable instead of a SMART TV which requires wifi. If my boyfriend didn't have a hotspot I would have been very disappointed.

Location is nice and apt has nice tall ceilings. However the fridge did not work and no one came to fix it despite our request. Our food went bad as a result. One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen was falling off the hinges, the lights in the laundry closet would not stop blinking. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were left dirty.
Overall, would have been a good stay apart from those issues.

Very clean and spacious apartment in a nice building in a very good location, close to all places we wanted to visit! We cooked in the kitchen as it had all the needed appliances,like WOW! btw, the apartment was fresh and seemed to be newly renovated with fluffy sofa ))
