The property is clean and the space is large.
The only bad thing about this place is the check-in procedures. Since there is no staff in the building, your only way to access is by the email sent by the property owner. The email arrive at 6pm on the day I check-in, after I reach out many time and through email, their offical website and Expedia.
Take your risk when consider this place.

I hope the hotel can be more eco-friendly. There is truly zero need to air condition the enclosed corridors 24/7.
We only stay in the lobby for at most a minute and leave. It is such a waste of electricity :( The hotel can consider using the fan circulation mode instead of the heating mode.
There is one Air Conditioner on every floor (3 floors, so 3 units in total hurting the Earth). As a tourist we do not need this additional comfort. The room A/C would do.
Free parking, but only 3 spots so first come first served.
Please be more eco friendly!
