Everything was PERFECT! The room was super nice and the hotel was too. The front desk worker, Kristin, was amazing! She even remembered my name when I saw her the next morning! She went above and beyond helping us get checked in and I was super impressed. The hotel is very close to Broadway and we walked there and to Nissan Stadium. It was close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel. BTW, I rarely write reviews, but after the way we were treated by Krisiten, when checking in and the next day, and by how nice and large the rooms were. Also, the valet workers were so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help make our stay even more fun, by allowing us to leave our car parked a little bit longer so we could go sight seeing and eat lunch. I give the total stay 10 out of 10! If we come to Nashville again. We will absolutely be staying there and I hope we get to! Thank you for making this family trip a great one!

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly. Checking in was easy. Hotel was close to Nissan stadium so we were able to easily walk to the concert we were attending there.

OH MY I was impressed. We had a suite, it was huge and beautiful with a corner balcony, very clean and I could have stayed there past my time it was so comfortable. Would I return? Of course without a doubt!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a full kitchen. We were just passing through and only stayed one night (and it was cold outside) but I would have liked to have stayed a few nights and walked to Broadway where all the action is, walked along the river and spent more time at the hotel. The location is great with easy access to it all! Breakfast was superb and even though we are vegetarians, there was plenty to eat!

We had a great stay. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Broadway is a 10 minute walk, Printer's Alley is 5 minutes. If you get tired of Broadway, Germantown is just north, about 10 minutes or so depending on where you're going. Bascially, a really great location tucked back a bit from all the action.

We just spent one night in Nashville and it was cold and raw. The hotel was fine and was comfortable. It is withing walking distance of Printers’ row, which is a nice neighborhood. The hotel is pretty expensive and only has valet parking, but this is downtown Nashville.

Hotel was wonderful but parking was an absolute nightmare. No onsite parking, only valet for $45. Had to rely on public pay lots that had no working kiosks. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again for this reason only which is a shame.

Our only disappointment was the water amin break on Monday. I was int he shower when it happened and it made for a messy day. Is Marriott doing anything to compensate us?

Had a great trip! There was an incident of a water main break but the hotel was good about making it right for us! Wish the breakfast had a little bit more of a change up.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was so clean, modern, and comfortable! It was honestly the best nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel bed in years and I wish we could have extended our stay! The complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff kept it well stocked and clean. The front staff were very nice and welcoming. The valet parking was pricey to say the least, and it did take quite a while to get our vehicle the morning we checked out so keep that in mind if you are on a time crunch. There’s a ton of construction in downtown Nashville right now which did complicate the valet parking process, so that may improve once the construction is completed. Even so, I didn’t hear any construction noise from inside the hotel at all. We frequent Nashville because our son is a student at Belmont and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Super clean hotel! Friendly staff! Comfy beds! This was one of the best hotel stays for us! Would love to stay again! It’s a bit pricey and valet parking only so that plays a factor but overall super impressed!

Breakfast is great and super convenient. Staff was friendly and hotel was nicely furnished. Location was not ideal. It’s next door to a detention center but doesn’t feel unsafe, I should mention. It’s also a little off from Broadway. Ubers arrived within minutes of calling though.

The room was perfect! Very comfortable bed where you felt like you were sleeping on a marshmallow. The kitchenette was great for those who want yo save some money or just vring back leftovers. Bathroom was very spacious, had a tub and multiple shower heads. The hotel was a short walk to Broadway, even in the cold the walk was bearable. It was really easy to get an uber and pretty quickly. This hotel is in a perfect location as you are close enough to the party cebtral but dont have to deal with the noise or people. You get the best of both worlds.

This Hotel was about 5 blocks from down town and a nice easy walk. The hotel was very clean,quiet and had a nice breakfast. You will need to pay a 46 dollar extra charge each 24 hours to park there. There were also extra taxes charged when you check out like a tax for parking and an occupacy tax state sales tax and convention and torism tax. It seemed like a lot of extra tax charges. We did think we were getting the room for a $194.00 each night but when we got the bill each night was different.

What a wonderful hotel!! Everything was clean and our suite was well-stocked with plates, glasses, pots…..coffee maker, coffee packets, tea bags sweetener, liquid creamer.
Clean walk-in shower two-burner stovetop, dishwasher, apartment sized refrigerator. Generous closet . Friendly, helpful staff. Great location ( just a short walk to Broadway. Coffee shop and rooftop bar!

The property is nice and clean. The distance to the main attractions is around 12-15 minutes walk. We ended up taking our car and Uber as we did not find it to be safe to walk in the dark with some areas being a bit deserted . It’s valet parking and they don’t offer shuttles. We paid $45 for valet parking for one night stay.
The only complaint I have which I am not sure if that was Expedias mistake or the hotels is that we booked a studio. Upon arrival the receptionist seemed surprised and we ended up having my in-laws staying in a room not next to us but on the same floor. The breakfast is ok. The staff were friendly. The hotel seems new and updated.

We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was included and had everything one needed to start the day. The location is great too, only 15 min walk from all the major fun venues. We will definitely stay here again.

My son enjoyed our stay at this hotel in our way through town for the Titans game. Staff was very friendly and helpful, great food was within walking distance as well as the game, and the room was nice and clean and spacious

Extremely comfortable beds and clean.
Top drawer staff and service.
Parking is pricey but typical of all major tourist centric cities.
Highly recommend the balcony suites if you are willing to pay the premium which we did.

We got into the property at about 7 PM and checked into the room. When we went to the room which was 629 I saw that it had a small kitchen, and as I was looking at the dishwasher cockroaches came out not very pleasant. I went to the down to the desk And asked for somebody to come and spray the next day . They did say that they were sorry, but there was no mention as to the room rate. I would’ve thought they would had reduced the room rate for cockroaches. But I guess not.
