Great hotel. Staff friendly. Nice bar and cafe in the lobby. Extremely clean.

I stay in 2 to 4 Hotels per week. This Hilton was immaculate! Had to store some frozen product in their walk-in freezer so I got to see the kitchen too. Spotless! The only thing I didn’t like was the motion sensor on the thermostat. Didn’t like returning to a 75° room when it was in the 90’s outside.

Great staff. The gym was great. Possibly consider a sanitizing station so that the equipment can be wiped down before/after usage.

Booked a Suite w/bathtub only to be put in a cheaper JR Suite w/o bathtub upon arrival without notice. After 30 minutes on phone with Hotels.com a partial refund was issued. No safe in room or maid service on 2nd day. Not a happy Hotels.com customer; second misrepresentation of a room in a row.

I stayed here (Room 215) for business. When it was time to unwind, the TV didn’t have a signal. I called the front desk to request service and 2 hours later I had to call again. I never received TV service. The water from the sink was almost nonexistent. The shower was pretty good. The bed was okay. The breakfast was great. Desert from the restaurant (caramel crunch cheesecake) was delicious!

This was a nice hotel next to the convention center. Liked the decor. Disliked the fact that it was nearly in the middle of nowhere, but that's just how Harlingen is. Disliked $8 for a carrot stick snack (too pricy).

It was average . I do not like "ECO Friendly" which means you can not adjust the temp of the room. We couldn't control the room temp therefore it stayed to warm and uncomfortable in the room.

The property is nice, but my AC didn’t work. Maintenance spent an hour in there, finally got power but was never able to cool. Staff didn’t seem to worried, they were set in fixing it and making me wait apparently. So I left. Switching my room was never an option either I guess.

We booked a king bed months in advance. Got there and they didn't have any rooms with king beds left, so they forced us into a room with 2 doubles. They didn't even have the nerve to tell us they were changing us up, just let us take our luggage to the room before finding out. They tried telling us this was an upgrade. I get that maybe it’s a more expensive room, but for a couple traveling without kids who want to sleep in a king bed, a room with 2 doubles is not an upgrade. The property is nice and connects to the convention center. The area the hotel is in feels a little sketchy and I was worried about my truck in the unsecured parking lot each night.

It’s situated right next to the convention center with easy access to multiple retail stores. Very clean and overall quiet area.

The property is conveniently located close the the Valley International Airport. The food was excellent and the staff was very helpful.

Lovely stay. I was especially impressed with the housekeeping services I received while I was there. I hadn't requested anything special and felt like I was treated like a VIP. It was so nice to come home to a beautiful room after working all day and not being able to actually be home.

Typical breakfast buffet that costs extra. Room is comfortable but bathroom lights come on automatically at times. Faucet handle very tight. Noisy group of people loitering outside of meeting room near restaurant where we were eating dinner was rude.
