Our stay was good! The service at the front desk wasn’t as friendly as other hotels I have stayed at but that’s not a deal breaker. The room was much smaller than we anticipated but it was fine since we just needed to sleep. The room was very clean, and the grab and go breakfast was great so that we could get back on the road.

The best part about this hotel was the cleanliness. But it was by far the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We could hear all of the footsteps of the guests staying above us and walking down the hallway. The door slammed hard, etc. Overall it just extremely noisy.
The breakfast was disappointing. The fruit wasn’t ripe/fresh and the selection of items was mediocre.
I was disappointed that we spent $200+ a night for this stay (2 nights total). Definitely overpriced.

It’s a room to shower and sleep, kinda. No coffee or ice bucket in room. One single office chair to sit. Not busy at all, yet rm 306 sounded like a herd of buffalo above us. Not a place for a couple to escape for R&R. Staff were no help because everything was someone else’s job and that person was never on site.

There was some issues at checkin with hotels.com and their system. They worked hard to figure out the problem. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

The beds were fine, but the room lacked amenities such as in-room coffee. Only one chair in the room! The included breakfast had us going somewhere else to eat.

We had a lovely stay at Avid in Bentonville. The room was very small, but it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. There was no closet, but multiple wall hooks gave us room for all of our hanging clothes and coats. The bathroom was actually pretty large, and there was plenty of countertop space. It was also spotless. The bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel! The air conditioner worked well, and didn't leave us with that clammy, damp feeling you get from so many hotel AC units. All in all, a great stay!

It was new so it was moderately “clean” but the floors in the elevators and the first level main walkways always seemed to be dirty, like someone spilled something and never got cleaned up. It was also really noisy. The walls are very thin - any time someone was entering or exiting their room, the doors slam shut. The staff was fine - very average.

Convenient to the interstate and just a few minutes to downtown and Crystal Bridges. Clean and modern facility. Room is small and spare.No drawers or cupboards for storage, only hooks. Bathroom is beautiful,clean and sleek.Would stay again.

Simple and clean. Good for a quick trip and close to the greenway so it's easy to bike into the downtown.

The room was clean and bright, and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was very nice and the grab/go breakfast was very convenient. The room sleeps four but it was a little snug. Luckily, we spent our time at the craft fairs and not in the room.

I usually prefer Avid hotels they are always the best but this time we found a bedbug on the floor!!! We told the front desk and they tried to tell us it was a beetle but Ive seen a bedbug before and knew what it was. We changed rooms and checked everything but still didn’t sleep well that night. I hope it was just a one time thing because I love the Avid hotels.

Basic hotel but in very good shape.

Property was great. Stag was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was actually soft like I prefer, so that was a nice surprise. Would recommend.

Pros: Clean, new, good location. They honored my request to be on a higher floor away from the elevator. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Rooms were on the smaller size. I had a king. I wouldn't have wanted to stay there more than 2-3 nights given the room size or if I had been with another person. Breakfast was very basic given the cost of the room. (Oatmeal packets, bagels/bread to toast, yogurt, prepackaged cereal, prepackaged omelettes...but no make your own waffles, no hashbrowns)
