White Ribbon

Check in time consuming when you have to go to one place for your keys but that’s not actually the hotel. Access to M5 metro only a 5 minute walk so easy to get around which is good as not much in the immediate vicinity. Room basic and minimal. Beds made but nothing else attended to. Good for a base but not spending any time in

Check in was quick and straightforward. The room was very clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly, but the coffee pot could have used a cleaning, and the in-room refrigerator did not seem to work. The location is great as it is close to the metro and trolley lines. Overall, the room was comfortable and I would recommend it to others.

Modern, nicely decorated room.

First time staying at this property, but the whole experience was really good. The check in was easy, with clear messaging before we arrived of where to go and the member of staff gave clear instructions on how to find the property/ room we were staying in. The use of key boxes really helped. The location was great, as not right in the centre, be really good access links via the metro. The only small issue was the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. Using WhatsApp to message the reception was really good, we had to use it once to get some more toilet roll, which they delivered
