I requested a bathtub and was told upon check in very matter of factory that they were all taken. The clerk was very indifferent and not friendly at all. I was told breakfast was 6:30-9:30 and on the second morning at 9,20 the young lady was putting the food away and even though it was still on her art told my wife that we missed it. The first morning the older lady was very helpful but running short of everything.

Rooms were clean modern and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lobby had a pool table and large jenga cubes very geared towards families.

I was mad that I didn’t call the day before and then they charged me for both nights and then I had to pay for an additional night!! What the….. then I got bedbugs!!! Nice room but then I got frikn bed bugs!! SMH

The bed was springy with little padding. The room sounded like there was running water pipes ( my friend said same about her room as well). And, well there is a train right next to the rooms, so you will hear the horn ands it goes by a few times in the night. Positives: the shower was great and staff were very friendly.

There was no Microwave or Coffee Maker in our room. You would think for the high price we would have got coffee at least.

Our room was amazing lots of room for the kids to play and move around and had a beautiful view of the park with the beautiful fall trees, great hotel one of the best we have stayed in so far and of course the breakfast was delicious, the pancakes are delicious best ever! My kids absolutely loved them! 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again in the future!

This is a very base model of motels with very few amenities. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the rooms. Area is still developing, with major railroad line nearby. There is only one entrance/exit to parking lot. Breakfast was adequate.

The hotel is in a safe neighborhood. It is very clean and the check in process was quick. I would stay here again.

This place is either exceptionally well managed or blessed with excellent staff or both. Very clean and organized and the hotel is also very well designed and planned. Everything in the room is just the way you want it to be. Highly recommend.

Pretty convenient location in a beautiful area of Spokane Valley. Our kids love the breakfast w/ the pancake conveyor belt. Very clean overall w/ modern furnishings and indoor pool & spa. Super friendly staff; great service!

Good first impression, bed was kind of uncomfortable and tv had an awful picture. My guess it was not the tv itself, but lower quality stream to save bandwidth.

Loved the breakfast bar and game area! The kids loved playing in the pool and getting their fancy pancakes in the morning. The small snack store was great for in between meals and The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful.

Good rooms and a nice little game area for the kids. One thing though, I didn't feel that welcome when I was greeted from the young lady at the counter. She never made any eye contact with me during the check-in process, all of her focus was on the computer. But besides that i had a pleasent stay.
