Krystal Grand Los Cabos - All inclusive

Everyone was super helpful. The buffet food was not the greatest but the room service food was good. The excellent service from the staff and the fun activities made our stay amazing. A special thank you to German, Luis, “Pepito” the water aerobics instructor, Estefania at The Grill, the bell staff and housekeeping staff. You all were so sweet!

I love the service from the front desk to the waitress and in general the staff were very polite and respectful. I didn’t like the food that much and the menus are small and limited. Overall, I had a great time!

Pool had fungus

Overall, we had a good trip, but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. The resort was clean, and the beach was beautiful with soft sand and an amazing ocean view. The pools were nice, and upgrading to an ocean-view room made a big difference. That said, there were a few disappointments. The standard garden-view room was very dark and felt tucked away, so we ended up paying a lot to upgrade. The food was honestly the biggest letdown. We’re not picky eaters at all, but we didn’t enjoy most of the buffet. It was also disappointing that some restaurants weren’t included unless you booked one of the most expensive rooms. One major concern was allergy awareness. My boyfriend has a nut allergy, and staff couldn’t clearly tell us what was in some desserts. and when we needed help finding an EpiPen after he accidentally ate something containing nuts, the staff weren’t very helpful, which was stressful. The staff were generally friendly, but service was often slow and not as attentive as we’ve experienced at other all-inclusive resorts. For a last-minute trip, it was okay, but there are definitely better options in Cabo for the price.
