This hotel was very inviting and clean . The staff were very friendly. The breakfast area was super clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really good.
I’m only giving this 4 stars overall for two reasons:
Our bed was not comfortable and so we didn’t have a good sleep, and
I’m not a fan of the sliding door on the bathroom…the light and noise from the bathroom filters into the whole room which is not great if you’re up in the night or up earlier than others in your room.

This morning while collecting my car my two bikes which were on my well-barred rack were stolen unfortunately the person in charge was not able to provide me with any possible compensation you will understand that by booking whit you that my belongings were safe yvon pageau 4185617681

The room was a decent size and fairly clean. The baseboards were a bit grungy but the surfaces were clean. A fair selection at breakfast. Waffles were good and nice selection of fruit and yogurt. The pool is very small and only 4 feet deep. Our room was quiet but the pillows are very small and squishy but there was several of them so just had to pile them up.

Would have given the review higher but I was in room 202 and the heater sounded like a jet engine all night long. Otherwise great spot. Very clean!

A very nice, clean hotel. Very comfortable bed. Nicely decorated. Large, clean washroom. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of items which were being replenished frequently. Friendly staff. Great value for money. I would recommend staying here if you’re in Brockville.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty decent. Housekeeping on alternate days only but the staff gladly accommodated our request for a change of towel set.

The bathroom sink leaks, no bathroom fan, the A/C didn’t work. Trying to sleep is a room that’s 26 degrees while unattended children run the hallways screaming at 12am not worth the extra cost to stay here.

Not an easy task for my wife & I to log on to the internet. A lot of steps.

Nice, new ( about 3 years old) hotel. Very clean. Quiet. Lovely staff. Nice selection of foods at breakfast. Only thing is that I don't like the "wrinkle look" duvet cover. Too warm. Too scratchy.

This is the newest property in Brockville. Very modern, large rooms, quiet location. It nestled around retail shopping and it looks like more will be built. For shoppers this will be an ideal location.The staff are very attentive and helpful. Will defintiy be back

Very disappointed. I picked this hotel because i had my Granddaughter s, and picked it because of the pool, the pool was unavailable due to maintenance, if i would have known that i would not have booked this hotel. Also the bathtub plug didnt work so they couldn't even have a bath. So yes was very disappointed , tried to have a fun night with the girls and told them we were going to go swimming and had to try to explain to them that they couldn't use the pool.

I can't understand why you ask the customer to fill in paper forms when they arrive. Also, your $75.00 pet fee is ridiculously high. I would gladly stay at your hotel again, but not if that fee remains as high as it is.

The hotel was clean and new and looked great. The bed was very hard so we couldn’t sleep and the breakfast had chicken sausage instead of regular pork sausage or bacon which we prefer.
