Perfect place for our short one night stay before leaving Queenstown. Nice room. Even had glass wine glasses! Comfy bed.
No restaurant or bar but we knew that when we booked.

A little far from bus station but it's ok. The hotel is clean but it is perfectible. On the floor you can see that is not clean everywhere. The washing machine on the room is a real plus.

This is a new, immaculate hotel. The staff were very helpful. We loved our stay. However, you need to be aware that there is not sufficient parking for all of the guests. Also, no on-street parking available within a reasonable distance. The option is to use a pay lot that is adjacent to the hotel. 24-hours pass costs NZD10. Not too high but inconvenient since you must download an app to use the lot.
Also, there is no nearby restaurant. Close to airport but far from Queenstown itself. Mostly of interest if you have a car.

With in the room washing , drying machine is the biggest plus for a long trip in NZ. Room with good view of Remarkables and it is new and clean. Bed is quite comfort that is not too soft or hard. Location is about 15 mins driving from the pier of Queenstown. Around the hotel you can walk to outdoor shopping centre with shops and restaurants if you don't want to go to city centre. It si the best choice of hotel if you have a car.

Nice hotel love the washer in the room . The parking situation feels like musical chairs not enough for everyone .They do have a pay option in the back it's 10.00 for those who are left out (and you have to download an app) . I think it would be a better experience if they charged everyone 5.00 and purchase some spots from the lot out back. Employees at front desk are very nice.

We stayed 3 days in La Quinta and although one of the dearest hotels, it was worth the money. The room had a kitchen, large bathroom with washing machine and tumble drier with free detergent and air conditioning. It is furthest out of the hotels in the Remarkables area but the view from the front is well worth it. The staff in reception were really friendly.

A clean, new hotel on the bank of the Kawarau River and facing The Remarkables. Everything was perfect except for a slight shortage in free parking (though there is pay parking behind the hotel).

Cheek in at 3pm, but we waited about 40 minutes to get the Kays. parking spaces were limited and I had to pay extra 10 dollars for one night. Very poor service.😫

The property and amenities are fine. My issues are , first, that it is far from the town center; Second parking is inadequate;, third the receptionist was brusque, finally they would not let me cancel my third day of my reservation because it was less than 48 hours from the first day of my three day (actually two) stay. I found that unreasonable, and they were not synpathetic.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful but the upgraded room we were allocated had not been properly cleaned. Also, it was on the ground floor and had a kitchen and the floor just had a smell of cooking. We were then put in our original room which was totally fine - clean and bright. No breakfast room at the hotel and unless you arrive early and get a free parking space it’s a bit of a hassle at the end of a long day to park and the paid parking was quite pricey compared to other places in NZ.

The room was nice, apart from the toilet seat being dirty, but the real issue with this hotel is their communication and management. When they say first come first serve parking, they mean they have parking stalls for less than half of the rooms and all street parking in the area is paid to a private company. You are required to download an app and pay $10 to park in a gravel lot. This app requires a working phone number which meant paying roaming fees, just to pay for parking! None of this was communicated ahead of time or listed in Expedia, which is what the front desk person rudely said it was.
Do not stay here, parking was easier to find in Queenstown than here.

You need a hire car but parking is very limited. There is a paid parking place but if you do not have data on your phone ypu cannot download the app and pay. We had to ask the hotel for assistance but as reception is not manned we could not do this until the morning resulting in a fine.
There has to be a better way or more parking available given the diatance from Wanaka.

Bedroom was spacious with beautiful view to the remarkables. Unfortulately it was not very clean. Could see hair and dust accumulated on the carpet. No vaccuming during our stay. No many free car spaces available, but payable option close by.

Highly recommended property to stay at while visiting Queenstown/Frankton. Very helpful, informative, friendly check in & cleaning personal. Great location to airport. The views of Te Maunga o Kawarau(the Remarkables) is absolutely stunning. No issues with parking during our stay. Would definitely return to stay. Only issues no smart tv or lounge suite in our room but one can only hope for future upgrades.

Lovely hotel, good transfers into Queenstown. The only negative is the first come, first served parking. You have to pay if you can’t get one of the limited hotel spots which felt inequitable.

Was pleasant to stay, if only the beds were a little bit softer. Beds were uncomfortable but in saying that did have a good sleep in the 3days we were there. But can't complain at least we had somewhere to sleep

Can't fault the accommodation - modern, spacious even has a washer / drier in the room. But area around hotel is still a building site. 10 minute walk to where the bus to town leaves from, which is useful given the parking in Queenstown

The staff was helpful. One negative was that we heard running water throughout the night - a likely design flaw.

Hotel is about 30 minutes walk from the airport but few turns and easy to find. Room was great, large fridge, hob and all utensils/crockery. AC was great. Lounge with comfy chairs and table separate bedroom with very comfortable large bed. Large wardrobe with storage, iron and board. Bathroom clean and bright, good shower. Easy to use washer and dryer, I left with no washing. Detergent was provided. Tea/coffee etc and also toaster. Dishwasher present but didn't use. Views from every widow, free limited parking but paid public parking also next to the hotel with very cheap 24hr parking. No hesitation in giving it max points.

This hotel is great for people who have access to a car, but it is easily accessible to the bus. We used Uber several times and received excellent service.
This hotel faces a beautiful mountain. Be aware that this quite new hotel is not in the central business district of Queenstown. If you are looking to stay at a place where when you step out of the hotel, you are stepping into the heart and culture of Queenstown, this is not the place for you.
We did several very expensive tours, so felt like we balanced the costs of the trip by staying at a reasonable hotel.
The benefits we received were having a washer and dryer in the bathroom and a complete kitchenette in the room. There is a little store with limited hours by the front entrance. That was helpful.
The hotel met our needs but is not a luxury hotel. We ate down town most days.
