Palacio Provincial San Juan, Curio Collection by Hilton

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Palacio Hotel was nothing short of an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere, hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire stay feel special. The hotel has a beautiful charm and character that immediately makes you feel like you’re truly experiencing the destination rather than just staying at another generic hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every interaction felt personal, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The property was clean, relaxing, and perfectly located, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. What impressed me the most was the overall feeling of the stay. I came for a quick trip and left feeling completely refreshed. Sometimes it’s not about how long you stay, but how a place makes you feel while you’re there, and Palacio absolutely delivered. I would recommend Palacio without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing, and authentic experience. I will definitely be returning. 10/10. An absolute gem.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and overall experience!! Restaurant and bar was great, and the pool was lovely. 10/10.

All in all a very excellent hotel just like you expect from Hilton. Roof top bar, food and pool was our favorite. I can see noise could become an issue as the walls are a bit thin but we were lucky with respectful neighbors. Very clean and staff were super nice. Would have given a 5 star but pricing was a little steep.

Nice service and Attention. Perfect location to be in El Viejo San Juan
