It was just ok the breakfast eegs were terrible sobad.

I arrived at 8pm and left at 9am. The room was clean and cozy bed. No issues with anything.

Ants in the bathroom, word on the wall, walls in bathroom dirty. Everything else was gorgeous

Amazing clean. Pot smell not good. It’s such a lovely hotel.

At check in, we were first given keys to an occupied room. Thank goodness the occupants were not in the room. It then took some time to get a different room. Bathroom shower had significant mildew and stains in corners. Room had not been vacuumed thoroughly.

Excellent hotel BUT, no smoking OUTSIDE the front. Only at the side of the building. So my ladyfriend smoker had to stand in the freezing, driving rain to smoke. No matter what you opinion on smoking is, it remains legal. If we restrict the use of this sin then perhaps alcohol usage should also be severely restricted. Where do we stop ?

Hotel room was dirty. Bathroom walls were dirty. Sheets had stains on them.

When I checked in they couldn’t give me key cards that worked. I had to go back to the desk 5 times before they finally just gave me a regular key. The hot tub was broken and the whole reason I picked this hotel is because it had a hot tub. There was black mold in my shower.

The room was great. I really needed the hot tub, but it was down which was the only negative experience I had.

Everything was nice and clean. Guest services was nice. Only problem was someone on my floor had the tv up. And someone on the floor over me had music playing loud.

Hotel floor was dirty, garbage bags on hallway next to the elevator. Obnoxious guests screaming in the hallways and bedroom at 4:00 am. Pillows are so small, and bed sheets were stained. Horrible experience. I don’t recommend staying there.

I liked the hotel if was nice the guy who checked me in was a great dude got me in fast. What I didn't like was my sheets was dirty blankets was dirty wall by trash was dirty. Wasn't able to hook up the game system due to HDMI cord was busted in the.. rooms need better lighting and it should be a way to step outside and back in without having to walk all the way to front of building once your out the side door to

It was beautiful hotel and very accommodating. Easy to get to and close to our destination. However, there was a fire alarm at 2am, and the wake up call at 4am was missed, so we were late to the hospital for a surgery. The next day, they missed the 7am wake up call as well! The price was very affordable for this quality of hotel, so we would probably use agaim, but bring our own alarm clock!

Enjoy the stay. It was a great property.

this hotel is super nice

The property was fairly close to the hospital that we were visiting. Unfortunately, the people in the room next door were very noisy. Had the TV on loud all night, you could hear them arguing. Didn't get much sleep.

Training likely for housekeepers regarding hvac. January in Wisconsin I entered a room with COOL SET TO 61. it was cold, unfortunately this is normal for hotels in the area. It takes forever to warm a room especially when the furniture, mattress etc feels like it’s been pulled from a freezer. It is up to management to train employees, and since I reserved the room, anticipate filling with a guest and get to the room after it’s cleaned to ensure HVAC is set properly. It’s not right that I check in and have to leave for three hours while my room and mattress thaw.

Not much offering for breakfast. Layout is difficult. Was very uncomfortable. They ran out of room cards so we could only have one for the two of us. The hot tub (my favorite part of my hotel stays) was out of order. Bed was terrible. Check in staff did not speak plainly. Was a very mumbled greeting. Won't return.

Thought it was a nice hotel, check in went well, didn't have an ice bucket, front desk didn't have one so was given a trash bag.

We traveled out along with our friends and booked two rooms through Expedia. When we got to the hotel then girl at the desk was not at all at first willing to check and see if any rooms were available earlier to check in prior to the Wisconsin game. The General Manager was there and helped her with our check in and even went upstairs to check to see if any rooms were ready. He came down and was able to give us two rooms which was great. Upon the check in process they noted we made our reservation through expedia. I had given my card for incidentals and went on our way. David the GM was gracious enough to take us into town and drop us off and told us they would pick us up after the game which was great. The next day before checking out I got a notice on my credit card that I was charge $309.99 twice for the two rooms. When i went to the front desk proline to checking out Amanda said we were not charged. I waited the days to follow for the charge to drop and it didn’t. I was charged. I disputed through my credit card, the hotel and Expedia. I am still in dispute status. David did check and seen I was charged and refunded the amount. Then the refunded amount disappeared on my card. All in all everything was great up until being charged twice for two rooms. NIGHTMARE.

Nice hotel, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

They didn’t clean our room or replenish towels and coffee our second day. Other than that, all was well.

The Baymont was very nice. The sink in the bathroom and the shower head, while they were very nice looking, they both splashed water on the floor or the counter that needed to be cleaned up after use.

Bed was fine. Pillows on a king - three small and lumpy and extraordinarily hard. Stayed three days and received 3, 2 and then one towel for two people. Called twice for towels and no one showed up. No bath mat. No hand towel. Seemed like an accessible room as bathroom counter and sink was super low - only there’s no way anyone in a wheelchair could get into the bathroom. Door barely went past toilet. Breakfast was supposed to be daily until 10. Went at 9:45 and everything was cleaned up and gone. A disappointing place.

As described. Standard amenities. Location is off the beaten path in a somewhat residential neighborhood. Adequate parking. Breakfast options were typical. Property and building were clean and neat. Staff was friendly, efficient and courteous. Comfortable bed, large pillows. Everything paid in advance through Orbitz. Unfortunately, I was charged a $48 fee after checkout and only happened to notice it on my credit card statement a week later. Called to ask about the charge and was offered no explanation. I was called back and told the charge would be removed. The person I spoke to both times was courteous and helpful, but these sorts of charges should not happen without reason. I have no doubt that this issue is resolved and should require no further effort on my par, however, how many people don't bother to look at their charges or don't follow up? Is every guest being charged an additional fee? Is it one large fee? One small fee multiplied by each night's stay? Is it a fee for soap and shampoo? No explanation, no details. Disappointing end to an otherwise satisfactory experience. Summary: Pleasant stay. Beware of additional fees.

Property was nice but bad check in experience. Girl with none-ring seemed annoyed I was taking up her time. Not friendly and mumbling. Upon checking out and walking by front desk next morning, clerk was looking at phone and didn't even acknowledge me. Front desk needs training, refocus on guest, they give off a bad first impression. Breakfast was good!
