This is a great place to stay. It is off the path of most major roads making it a peaceful and quiet place. The entire staff is friendly and very competent. I highly recommend this place if you are going to be staying at or around the Kingwood/Humble area.

Front desk was friendly, parking lot felt safe as there is one way in and out, very well lit. Nice fresh looking paint job inside and out, remote was a bit janky but that’s my only complaint

The room is so dirty you can't walk on the floor without getting your feet all black. Couple of bugs. If you ask for late stay they will charge you even though you already talked about it with the front office amd they said it was fine. Overall you get what you paid for. I definitely want my money back for the late charge and the 50 deposit.

I booked them online and made reservations and the lady told me they my reservation wasn’t in her system and gave me the run around ms for about 2 1/2 hours on top of that the room didn’t have any hot water shower nor sink and the towels was dirty !

The reason why I only gave them 2 ⭐ is because they were not able to help me with a request. I know I was my fault for not paying attention to the type of room I booked, I needed it a non-smoking room but I accidentally booked a smoking room . When we got to the room I realized what I have done and went back to the lobby to ask if they could switch us to a non-smoking room , but they refused saying that it was too late to do that . I didn't make any fuss because It was my fault and I was hoping that they would understand. My mother is 80 years old and have asthma so she couldn't stand the smell of cigarettes, she even had an asthma attack so we had to leave and get another room at another hotel. When we were on our way to the other hotel, I got a call from them saying that she was gonna make an exception this time and she was gonna switch us to another room . Too bad it was a little too late by then .

Friendly staff

Room service opened door on me numerous times without knocking. Room smelled like wet dogs. Toilet backed-up. $80 a night and had no room service. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper daily. Manager on Sunday night purposely shut the washer off when washing my kids clothes. Rude at front desk. Over Charged my card and will not return the charges. We asked for room service over the weekend and asked to leave Monday morning. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

What an amazing property! The price wasn't too bad, its in a corner which means its super quiet & a very well lit parking lot. The property is modern, the rooms are super cute & clean! If you're looking for somewhere clean, affordable & comfortable this is your place. Not many hotels in Houston can say that!

Clean, quiet, nice management

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Clean is an understatement. Good free breakfast for us to get up and catch our flight. Comfortable bed and easy access amenities. Only thing to know is no airport shuttle- VERY easy Uber/Lyft ride. Thanks for the cheap and wonderful night sleep for travelers.

Staff was nice. Cleaning service was not well coordinated. We were supposed to check out at 11:30 and they kept knocking since 10:30. Also room had not been properly clean. There were dirty pots and bags left from other people in the shelves and not enough towels.

Very rude check in employee, would not give a copy of the reservation and would not repeat himself in spite of difficulty understanding him. He then finished abruptly and said good night and repeated it several times. Rudest service I have ever received at a hotel.

The room I had was surprisingly large. The area was extremely quiet. The parking lot was very clean and well designed for single vehicles, it is NOT good for trailers.
