Excellent place to stay. However, we had to pay daily for parking.

I normally never rate hotels because if they're somewhat worthy of the price, I'm good. Home2Suites should be charging half for the amenities, service, and room. Parking is in the city parking lot across the street and first day when I left, my room key didn't work so I had to pay $30 and the hotel could only reduce my bill by the $20 they charge so I lost $10 there. The second day I had to walk back to the hotel to get it validated or would be charged again. The room was decent, but the carpet smelled like dog. My wife had an event the first day we were there and when she saw some of her dress needed ironing I looked for the iron and board but there was none. Now, the breakfast. We got into the hotel at 1:30am so were exhausted and went down at 9:40. We got coffee, then got in line for toast (you wait while it goes through a toasting machine) then in line for the waffle maker. It takes about 4-5 minutes per person to make a waffle so when I get my turn, the lady cuts off the waffle iron and tells me it's 10 so breakfast is over. 3 ladies start taking EVERYTHING away. Coffee urns are taken so no 2nd cup. I had 2 pieces of toast and a piece of egg that was barely warm for both my wife and I. There were 2 couples behind us that got next to nothing. They also turned off the tv as we're watching. This is a $150 hotel at best even if parking was easier AND breakfast wasn't ended abruptly. All I can say is location is nice and front desk people were friendly, but not worth $275/nt

This property was nice with a decent breakfast option and Kind staff. The additional 200 dollars for 4 days of parking was a lot though

Property was very nice; however, I would have liked a balcony ocean view. Close to lots of amenities.

Our room was dirty when we arrived. The garbage can under the kitchen sink was overflowing and there was used soap in the shower. The table on the balcony had a spilled drink on it. The sofa bed was broken at the top part of the bed. We were told we would b moved to another room the following day and we even talked to the front desk. She took our contact information and said she would contact us when a room was available. We heard nothing.

Check in was a breeze. Very nice hotel in a nice location.

Room was filthy when we saw it for the first time after coming in from an event late at night. So gross we had to change rooms and downgrade from a room with a view that we paid extra for to a room without a view just so it would be clean.

First of all, I travel weekly for work and stay in hotels all over the country. Last night, was a last minute change in our personal schedule and we decided to stay outside of Ft Lauderdale for the night. We checked in at 9:30pm for one night after a day at FAU football game. Go Owls! When we arrived we were told the computer system had a glitch and they were unable to make keys for our room. A staff member escorted us to our room and was able to use a mater key to let us in. Unfortunately, everything in the room is powered by the room key being inserted by the light switch. WE DID NOT HAVE A KEY so we had not lights. We had no lights in the bathroom or room and had to use our cell phone flash lights to see where we were going. The TV was on welcoming us to the room but there was not remote. Called front desk for a remote and was put on hold for 23 minutes. I hung up and called back to find out that MAINTANCE was gone for the night and no TV remotes to be found. SO, we paid $290.00 for 11 hours in a hotel room with no lights or TV. I spoke to the front desk on the Sunday morning, and explained what happened. Josh (working the desk) was apologetic but offered no reason as to why we were not contacted when the card system went back up or why they didn't bring a remote once they had access to one. There was no making it right on their part so sorry HILTON- i will remain Marriott loyal for future trips.

This hotel could be so great but our room had not been properly cleaned in the kitchen area with the dishwasher containing dirty dishes and we had no dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid or dish cloth or dish towel. The bed linens both looked like they had been already slept in. The duvet cover just has a small section to hold the top of the duvet so is always falling out . Awful. The breakfast was well done and the area clean. The facilities including rooftop bar, snooker table, foosball table and walkability to the pier area are great . Housekeeping needs sorting out and new duvet covers brought in that actually cover the duvet .

I hope that some constructive criticism will help. I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times since June. The people are friendly and very helpful. Everything up to this visit was really nice and clean. The shower had some mold and the toilet paper holder was broke. Please don’t let the property go downhill. It’s a great location and don’t want to see it go down

I paid extra for ocean view for 3 days. I was told there was nothing available on my arrival , but to check next morning. I reserved 5 weeks ahead of time. There was no toilet paper or any soap in the room. The lady working at night in front lobby was being rude… i tried to get a refund and was told i took the room like that already. This was me and my family favorite hotel. Not anymore

Closer to beach area and restaurants

Great location convenient to restaurants . Front desk staff was great Room were spacious my only complaint was room was bit dusty and rugs had a moldy smell.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms my only complaints are the pillows were not comfortable and the room was rather warm.

Home2Suites Pompano Beach is in the heart of Pompano Beach, located just a half a block from the beach and the Fisher Family Pier. The hotel offers a generous complimentary breakfast with many options and has many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Staff is very accessible, helpful, and friendly. Parking is available on street (metered) or in the City parking garage located next door (billed to your room at $21/night with unlimited in/out access). The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub are located on the 2nd floor, are also very clean, and provide a limited ocean view. We will absolutely stay at Home2Suites Pompano Beach in the future.

Updated rooms,nice staff,good breakfast included.The only thing bad is the parking 21$ per night.

The hotel was great value overall. I just wish they dusted over the fridge and the top of shelves.
