apartment was in a good location central to most attractions. Communication was average as there were some difficulties during booking but during our stay it was clear what we needed to do and when. Central heating was an issue. You are not allowed to adjust it and it was too warm to sleep so we often had to leave the French doors open to cool the apartment down. No sugar for tea in the morning. And after a long day of exploring, the living area and sofa was not the comfiest to chill out on. And the beds were too soft! Besides that, the apartment is well equipped for a weeks stay. And the shower is great. Getting a midweek clean would be great too as the wet weather meant the apartment got dirty quickly. No luggage storage or late check out for those flying later in the day.

Lovely apartment in a good location in Tromsø. Key box and code system worked well as we were arriving late. Only downside is the view from our apartment was not as pictured on the website. Unfortunately there is construction work going on right outside which blocks most of the view so please be aware of this if you are expecting a spectacular view.

3 adults staying in a 2-bedroom but with only one key, despite requests to get a second.
Asked to remove trash at stay's end, but not provided with trash room key.
Glasses in kitchen were all chipped and unusable.
Apt very warm and not able to adjust temperature.

Booking was straightforward all communication clear and in time. Instructions where fairly detailed how to find and enter the property. Apartment is easy to locate. Key safe operated via email and opened on spot no problems. Apartment is fully furnished contemporary modern look, full kitchen dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom fittings and fixtures are top quality. TV is plugged and can connect to any subscription services you may have, use. Building is located in that may have been docks before now is modern complex with number of restaurants and other amenities. Walking distance to city centre. All in all very pleasant experience will look booking again if I ever return.

Great location, lovely view of the old dock and harbour. Modern, well appointed apartment with very comfortable bed. Close to Skippergata bus stop and walkable to Tromso city centre . Great bakery downstairs!

Very quite nice Appartement with absolutly nothing To complain about .
You have To be Patient until you get your complete Check Inn Information , But as it will be delivered To you via Mail you have everything you Need To Check Inn . If i come again To tromsø i will Book again .

Weather conspired to put a damper on things, but we couldn’t fault the apartment. It was pristine, warm and comfortable. Within easy walking distance of most of what Tromso has to offer and only 50 metres or so from bus stop. Eateries only metres away. Great views.

We stayed 5 nights. We loved the apartment, the location and the views. It was very clean, easy to find with a great bakery down below. The apartment had great views and nice windows for fresh air. The washing machine was great to do laundry. The TV works perfectly as well. All great, would stay here again.

They served what they advertised, outstanding. Apartment was exactly as shown in pictures. Check in was smooth, and request for early check in was granted, saving time waiting time with luggage. View from apartment of mountains and fjord was superb. Apartment amenities all in order. Great place to stay.

Location was great, property was clean and quiet. We also had a beautiful view of the harbor and surrounding landscape from our balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

The room itself wasn’t too bad but we had terrible experience staying there. Here’s a list of things:
1.They don’t have a luggage storage space which we knew, but still made our trip a bit cumbersome since it’s snowing constantly in Tromso.
2. Parking is 10 mins away(what’s the point of driving if you have to walk 10 mins to get your car? Walking to 10 mins is pretty much to the city center already)
3. Construction started 8 in the morning and lasted till the afternoon without advance notice.This apartment is advertised as “soundproof”, but it apparently didn’t work for constructions, nor the foot steps and luggage noises on the floor above you.
4. The Wi-Fi in the unit didn’t work. And never got fixed for our entire stay there
5. There’s no dryer in the unit but says laundry facility on the site. You’ll have to dry your clothes in the table lol
4. Be aware that there are no shampoo and shower gel provided. It’s not stated anywhere on Expedia’s descriptions. It would be good to have an advance notice
5. No response via chat whatsoever until the last day. Communication was awfully bad.

A little out of town. A very much "here is the keys and all our rules and don't call us" approach to hospitality. Very unsafe iced up walkways around the property. Fell over and injured myself which I was not impressed about. Overall, I would book a hotel in town.

We were given an apartment different to what we had booked - it was completely misrepresented on the website. We tried to contact them to discuss - despite it being peak season, they reduced their hours, didn't answer the phone and took hours to respond to emails. The WiFi also didn't work in the apartment. Our visit was ruined - we had to stay somewhere else and now they are refusing to refund us, saying it was non-refundable - completely missing the point that we had to leave because they gave us an apartment much lower in standard to what they show online. Absolutely zero customer care - they still haven't bothered to phone me to discuss this.

Liked the view, and easy access to town, elevator, coffee shop, restaurant within the premises. Did not like excessively loud rap music at 7am in front of Apt and board surfing. According to the law, they can keep doing it until 11PM. The foam rubber bed is too soft and uncomfortable.

For me it's was the best ever who actually i have leave for 1 month because i was looking for apartment to leave but i didn't found so to leave there for 1 month until to find my new apartment it's was the best because it's was regular apartment thank you very much you can't imagine how actually you help me without to know that
