Neat hotel. Lobby has a pool table, putting green, giant connect 4 game, chess game.

The rooms was so small. Very tight quarters. The miniature pillows they had were not comfortable.

Room was great, food was decent, staff was rude and very unhelpful with anything i asked. I was also charged a pet fee for my service animal which is not allowed.

The room was clean. The breakfast was more than enough. There was no noise level. My only complaint is that the fitness room closed at 9pm. I will stay here each time I need to stop in Little Rock. You cannot get a better room for 125 dollars!

Dogs should stay out of the breakfast area. Huge dogs hanging out while we make waffles is not cool.

Great stay, great hotel. I only wish pet friendly meant no fee for emotional support animals. They are as important for emotional health as service animals.

The hotel was full of mostly unsupervised kids running around the lobby and up and down the halls. The room was clean but felt more like a collage dorm room than a cozy hotel room. The room was well lit from the lights outside bc the window visor blocked nothing out

I would not stay here again. Fit and finish were awful. The hotel room had multiple issues: 1) front door would not latch on its own so had to push hard to get it to latch, 2) shower leaked across bathroom floor because of broken seal and poor design, 3) bathroom door would not close all the way because it hit the door frame, 4) toilet would not flush all the way so I had to take tank lid off and put more water in the tank so it would flush, 5) toilet was not securely attached to floor and wobbled, 6) flap in bathroom fan constantly clanged when fan was turned off.

We stay in about 15 hotels per year, and this one was our favorite ever! Awesome rooms, comfy beds, AMAZING breakfast, games on the 1st floor, and the friendliest staff! Also one of the cheapest rooms in Little Rock!

Overall I wouldn't stay in another TRU. The staff was great. The hotel its self wasn't a $140 a night hotel. More like a $60 a night. The breakfast was nasty, and the rooms were very non-inviting.

My vehicle was burglarized while I was staying there. I’ve called the hotel twice in the last week, The manager said they were going to look at the video seeing my truck was in front of a security camera and I haven’t received any calls back.

Check in was quick however the front desk staff members were not friendly at all. Seemed to be inconvenienced by our arrival.
Overall a good stay. Room was very clean and beds super comfortable. Breakfast was good and spacious area to sit and eat.

Housekeeping was not as friendly. They didn’t communicate well when it came to what I needed done in the room. They cleaned and just left. Also they swept the trash from the rooms they were cleaning in the hallway we had to step over food and trash to get to our room

Very clean, nice room, bathrooms very nice, gym was great, laundry room pristine. Staff was a bit cool, but did their job efficiently.
