Everything was ok until I called to the front desk to report that my tv wasn’t working and the young lady at the desk replied I’m not the wind and she’s not the reason the satellite is not working

I was greeted at the desk with friendly smiles and professional service. We then had some drinks at the bar and Jaimie was excellent. He was friendly and quick with his service. He made our stay perfect, He is an exceptional employee.

Good evening… I’ve been a customer of Expedia for quite some time now. Tonight was an absolute nightmare. I received an email asking if I wanted an early check in which I accepted. Upon arrival we found a large congregation of military personnel in lobby. No biggie unless we don’t have a room… Welp!!! We didn’t have a room available. I spoke to manager about checking in early via email portal & he said “I apologize but we don’t control that level of communication from a third party entity.” They checked for availability @ 9:45pm as my two children & wife were frustrated to say the least. It took roughly (45)min to locate, clean & prepare a room which provided a solution to the situation. But it’s the principle behind this process… No, no, no this is not acceptable to offer early check in but then upon arrival habe no rooms available.

I have stayed here numerous times and always been greeted with friendly staff. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front desk to check me in and then they acted a bit put out.

I couldn’t stay because they sold my room, the man on front desk named Antonio was rude and didn’t help me, he just said that they were sold out and he didn’t respect the proof that I had, for that reason I gave one star, and now trying to get refund me the money

Check-in was good. The room I requested but received a single with a pull out sofa. There was a stain on the sheet and a large bug running around the floor. Went to the front desk to get more sheets and bug spray. They didn’t have bug spray. The night front desk agent did offer me free breakfast coupons. But I didn’t want to eat there knowing I was killing bugs in my room. The door to room 409 gets stuck so make sure it is closed when you leave if you get that room. The bartender was very helpful. Check out was good. Hotels usually have a room they assign last cause they know it has issues, I think 409 is that room for this property.

We had a great experience at the hotel. It was quiet, pretty clean, and the customer service was great. The beds were super comfortable. I would book again if in the area.

We did not have a blow dryer or sheets/pillows for the couch bed. Everything else was lovely.

I loved my room. The bed was comfortable and the room was in excellent condition! I had a problem with my TV, it had to be fixed every day sometimes twice a day. It said
on-screen that the signal was lost. I also used the workout room daily it was fantastic! The staff was super friendly!

The Tv didn't work until in the middle of the night as if someone else was controlling it. Then an hour before check out it started working.

Everything was nice except the tv kept going out the entire stay and the heat wouldn’t work at first and they didn’t have anyone there would could fix it my first night there. When I finally got the heat to somewhat work it was so loud that you couldn’t ignore it

I liked the staff. They were excellent.
The parking lot was narrow and hard to maneuver. Add Ice and snow and it was dangerous. I was on crutches and there were no safe ways to get into the building without crawling. Great people.

Had a handicap accessible room, shower was broken.
Plumbing parts just kind of laying around.
Had to hold shower nozzle in my hand the whole time.

Staff were very nice and professional and everything was clean. The view was nothing special but the bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great, and decor was inviting. The bar in the lobby was the only thing lacking, solely due to minimal drink options. Firebird restaurant is just down the street and worth a visit too, food is delicious and the atmosphere is great.

There was no water pressure at all the night we checked in so we couldn't take a shower. When we called the front desk, we were told that it's a city wide problem and that they weren't sure when it would get fixed. I'm just extremely disappointed that this was not disclosed when we were checking in.

Room was not cleaned well. Found fingerprints, dust bunnies, sticky spots on bedside table. Bathtub did not drain and took multiple requests to get the engineer to come look at it. Ultimately we had to switch room because it was not fixed. Body wash and shampoo bottles were empty and not refilled. No hangers in closet. Sheets and pillows were wrinkled and bed not made well - questionable whether the sheets were changed at all. If you want housekeeping, you must alert the front desk the day before but no one told us this and there were no signage indicating this. Overall, common areas were dirty with trash found in hallways and fingerprints all over the elevator buttons.

Stayed three nights. We were disappointed with the poor service and maintenance. We found out that you must inform the front desk 24 hours in advance to get room service. And no one told us until one of our parties asked because their room has not very clean to begin with. Seriously?! We then asked for room service for the 3rd day (because the soap dispenser in the shower was almost empty) and no one showed up. So we had no soap to take a shower with after we came back at night.
Basically, that was no room service for our entire stay.
The TV has no Internet connection, so there is no guide and we finally gave up trying to watch anything since the picture keeps freezing and breaking up.
