Hotel was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. However, the wi-fi is awful. Trying to work and getting kicked off and having to reconnect every 3-4 minutes.

Our stay could not have been better. The staff was friendly, and room was very clean with lots of wonderful amenities. Beds were perfect and breakfast was amazing!!

This is an excellent hotel. We most always use Holiday Inn and a suites (and did these past three nights) and this was by far the nicest of them all. They are always great but this one was the best and mainly due to the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Best hot tub experience around! Sarah, who helped us with breakfast, it was absolutely amazing! So friendly and welcoming, and so sincere. We loved her! I will definitely come back.

Quiet, clean and great window shades. Dark room helped the kids sleep past 6am!!!! Great Stay, will definitely stay here on our next trip to Watertown!

New hotel, clean everything, comfortable beds, air conditioner was quieter than most, friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. If we ever stay in Watertown again we will stay here

So,. The property, staff, etc... We're great. The place was clean and breakfast was good. My only complaint was the HVAC thermostat did not allow me to keep fan on. Sometimes a little constant cover noise is much better than a relatively loud fan.kicking on and off

Overall OK. Staff wasn't very helpful. Breakfast didn't start until 7am and no other restaurants were open in that area of town. Small pool.

Breakfast service staff (Sarah) were very friendly! It was very clean and comfortable. Shower pressure/soft water wasn’t our favorite but it was still worth it. Also, you have to double check/ pull your room door to make sure it is actually closed. Accidentally left our room door open without realizing it because it didn’t latch all the way. Still happy with everything overall!
