Well, when we first walked in, there was an odor that we couldn’t quite place. The check in was quick and easy but the clerk/owner let everyone else that was in the lobby know what room we were in. He then loudly stated it would be the first room off the elevator. It was weird and thankfully I was not there be myself.
When we got to the room there was a musty smell. The beds were uncomfortable and sloped. I kept rolling towards the night table that had the previous guest’s cookie crumbs still on it.
The hotel Is tolerable for a place to sleep for one night.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The beds are a bit hard but not bad. They did. Not clean my room all week, but other than that I had no complaints. I would stay there again.

Property is fairly new. Maintenance was good and everything was clean and worked well. Would stay again. Its a good value.

A new build hotel within walking distance of the Airport this is a great place to stay. Initial inspection I would give it a 5* for its bright, clean, modern hotel. Room was generous size, had comfortable bed & great A/C. Bathroom was modern & was supplied with nice towels, soap, shampoo etc. Kitchen was a nice size & had full size fridge freeezer. However, this is not equipped. Not even a knife, spoon or fork. This is a major issue. You can purchase crockery in the reception but it is expensive. I was very disappointed to find that the rooms do not have plates, cups, glasses etc.
I would stay here again but would be prepared for the crockery situation.

So I've never heard of My Place hotels and booked mainly for the price. When we checked in the staff was amazing and the room was incredible. I actually didnt realize the full kitchen. The room was clean and modern. Felt cozy, and the beds were super comfortable! Again, the staff was top notch the entire stay and will definitely be coming back my next trip to Medford!

Hotel is really nice an updated. The rooms have a nice little kitchenette with a microwave, cooktop and full size refrigerator. Only bad thing about this place is no complimentary breakfast. The one bad thing that comes with the super cheap room rate is the quality of guests as well. Loud banging, people talking all night, and guests smoking pot outside.

One call to the front desk and the noise issue was handled! Fast check in, greeted every time I walked in. Very friendly staff. Room serviced exactly as I requested. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will always look for a MyPlace first

A simplistic hotel suitable for a one-night stay on route to somewhere else. Basically a "Motel 6" in disguise. Sadly, no breakfast room, with a bunch of vending machines instead.

What a pleasant surprise! Clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Our room looked brand new, sheets were soft and comfy, the room overall was pleasant. Only downside - we couldn’t get wifi working on some of our devices and troubleshooting was ineffective.

The room was very clean. Bedding, toilet, shower, all. Good amount of pillows and bedding. Again, very clean. Nothing extra--as reflected in the nice lower nightly rate. Everything someone needs but nothing extra. No breakfast in the hotel (which is fine).

Price and accommodations were great. I stayed to be near the airport. There was a transport service I wasn’t made aware was needed to be coordinated at check in. So I walked to the airport. 1/4 mile.

Every thing others have said, with full sized refrigerators automatic ice maker, 2 burner cook top and microwave it would be easy to stay comfortably for a week. Very new property and they got the memo, guests love opening windows and so they have them!

I stayed in room 405 and the door would not latch shut if you did not lock or use pad lock it would just be pushed opened. Very unsafe

I would stay here again. It is a clean, comfy hotel. There is a coffee shop right across the parking . It is also perfectly located and manages to keep the criminal element away. I would recommend.
