Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the self check-in process was seamless and easy to follow. There’s also a convenient parking lot right next to the hotel in case the main parking is full. It’s free from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekdays and completely free all day on weekends! It's super convenient for travellers!

I wasn't ready to use Kiasko checking in to the Hotel. I have a American i.d. and the checking machine isn't ready to accept it.

The hotel has almost everything you need, very bright as well, except it doesn't provide kettle and the towels are too small for someone who has long hair, they are all in the same face towel size. Also no shower curtain causes a bit of inconvenience. But apart from the aforementioned, I was satisfied, as it's at convenient location, staffs are helpful, room is bright and clean. Since I stayed there for a week, I was so pleased that they have coin laundry at the basement.

The room was comfortable, the facilities were new, the staff were friendly, and it was great value for money.
I didn't know how to use the self-check-in machine at first, but a staff member came to help me immediately. I'm very grateful.
