Great place.

Best access to Sapporo TV Tower (and Snow Festival in February) and provides so many convenient amenities such as a restaurant and laundry room. Perfect hospitality and perfect stay!

For snow festival great location and beautiful view. The rooftop has a beautiful relaxing area and view. I personally don’t like the kiosk check in and grab your own amenities. Hence the service is lower as less interaction with any staff. There is no TV in the room for those who may want one.

Had a great stay! Would definitely consider staying again and trying out the rooftop lounge if im in town during the summer.

Beautiful place, excellent service

The hotel and room were excellent

Check in is via self service. I’m a bit old school and prefer the regular customer service style. No TV, and you need to pick up amenities from downstairs (if you need water etc). Room is nice and clean. Bathroom door opened out so made the room a bit smaller. Sadly the room without the view of Sapporo tower faced a literal blank wall. Not very pleasant. Make sure to book the room with the view! Walls were paper thin and could hear the family and their kids running around at midnight. We stayed at the Osaka chain on the previous leg of our trip and preferred it because of the service. When checking in; we were offered an upgrade (which we paid the extra for).

Right next to the Sapporo radio tower, and our room had a record player and an old jazz record! GREAT touch. Loved staying here.

They have records players in the room and a library near check-in for you to borrow and play music in your room. A really great concept as there are no TVs in the room either. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this location right outside Odori Park tower and walking distance to both the main station and shopping street. Loved the big soaking tub! Odori station is conveniently right outside the hotel.

A really cozy hotel & the location is so great that you can go anywhere in downtown

This low rating is ONLY for the staff working at the restaurant. The hotel stay and its staff were friendly and helpful. However, because of what we experienced at the restaurant this left us so upset and frustrated. We decided to have dinner at the hotels restaurant since we were so tired from sightseeing. The whole vibe was so cold, unwelcoming and pretentious. It really made us feel being a foreigner they were not attending to us like they were to other Japanese customers. It took almost 1 hour for our food to be served that too one of the order was wrong. After alerting the server he had the audacity to tell us that we had ordered it. He later on said may be it was a miscommunication with no remorse. We were not going to wait another hour for the correct dish to come and walked out. Btw, we had ordered fried chicken how could the server get that wrong!

Convenient close proximity to public transportation. Nice records collection. Rooftop has a great view of Sapporo Tower and hotel itself is beside the TV tower. There is a popular all you can eat buffet in the corner which is great. It was raining on the day of check out. I stepped out to see my uber but it wasn’t there and since it was after hours the doors automatically lock. I was getting rained on and I think the hotel security noticed it and opened the door for me for shelter. I appreciate that. Thank you.

Convenient; nice room and nice service

The hotel is modern, clean, the personnel is very friendly and helpful and we loved the atmosphere of our room. We saw some bad reviews mainly mentioning the missing TV but we loved the record player and never missed a TV since we were outside all day. The service desk helped us a lot when we were confused with the bus to the airport. Location is also top since a lot of locations are easy reachable walking. This really enriched our first trip to Japan and if we are ever again in Sapporo we will sleep here again. Thanks a lot!

The hotel room is new, clean and confortable! Just that it is a bit small.

The food and stay was great they had earth wind and fire 🔥 records as well as few city pop artist loved it will stay again this winter

The hotel is very new and is located right across the street to Sapporo TV Station. The train station is right next to the hotel. Very convenient access to everything. Surrounding area is the beautiful Odori park.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, but the room is small and there is no TV!
