Staff is super friendly, rooms and overall facility is clean. BUT Breakfast: quality of food is mediocre at best. Also everything is disposable, plates, service wear, condiments. Totally irresponsible, given the state of our planet!

Terrible pillows

Clean and modern hotel with a surprisingly good breakfast. Alexa at the front desk is a gem. We frequently stay at hotels along the 403 and this will now become our regular spot.

Not a fan of conjoining rooms as people next door woke us up early. Other than that great hotel.

It's one of the best hotels I've stayed at! It was super clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful and cheerful. The super comfy beds were a bonus! We would most definitely stay again ☺️

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the quality and size of the rooms. Having stayed here a couple of times and enjoyed all my visits, this time I was disappointed with the reception by Maria who seemed as though she was doing us a favour checking us in. Her reception was cold and below par compared to my experiences with others from previous visits and Alexa during the day. It was same thing the 2nd night when I had to request for garbage bags. I was also disappointed that our rooms were not cleaned the next day - 24th December, understanding that they had noted there wasn’t going to be staff to do so on the 25th. I had to take out my garbage myself. Disappointing. Same thing with breakfast where it was only 1 staff on duty both mornings. It felt like being in boarding school, lining up to get breakfast. Options for breakfast too were limited. Wasn’t impressed this time at all, compared to my previous visits. Would consider other hotels in the future. Alexa however was awesome. Her demeanour, reception and willingness to assist guests was amazing. I remember needing milk at the restaurant and rather than let them know at the restaurant, she jumped right in to get it from the kitchen. She always wore a smile which I think was a big deal as well. Hers was a clear opposite to our experience with Maria. She’s clearly an asset to the establishment. Overall experience this time (4th visit to this hotel in the last year) was average.

Nice new accommodations. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Decent coffee and hot food as well as other options. Nice fitness room and pool.

Great service

Although the hotel is very nice it was always way too hot in the rooms. I lowered the thermostat but it would never get cooler. I even turned off the AC and it still stayed too warm. This made it very difficult to sleep at night

Stayed here for a couple nights. We were very impressed with the spacious room, comfortable bed and all the amenities! Definitely would return!

Good gym, 24h coffee. The golf simulator should be included (for free) in the price of the room for the price they charge.

Stayed for a hockey tournament, in which the arena was less than 500ft away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating during our visit.

It was a good location. Only 2 flaws..need larger garbage cans for rooms. The one elevator seemed to "scream" on the way down which means its the brakes. It was actually terrifying and i wouldn't take that elevator.

Great clean spacious property

We ❤️ this hotel. The room was awesome, clean, spacious, and super well outfitted with amenities, towels, etc. HVAC system great. Breakfast tasty and definitely above average - only item missing was yoghurt - loved the cheesy omelettes! Pool very clean and warm, fitness room nice, I used a running machine and my son used free weights (well stocked variety) and cable machine. And, there are bikes and elliptical. Super friendly staff and fast check in and out!

It was a bonus to have breakfast included, hotel is very clean, friendly staff nice and comfortable rooms.

My friend and I had a "cat slumber party" in which I brought my new kitten to the hotel for her to meet. The staff were really nice, the rooms were clean, and it was a low-key, enjoyable stay. Parking was plentiful (and free!), and there was a good selection of food at the complimentary breakfast. The only unfortunate thing was that the bar is closed on the weekend so we couldn't grab a drink as hoped. Otherwise, a great stay! Highly recommended!
