When I walked into the lobby the person checking me in was very friendly and informative. The hotel itself was very clean. The breakfast could use a little upgrade though.

Great room with comfortable beds. Love the back patio area with seating and fire pit. Whole hotel is nicely decorated and the free breakfast is a plus. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Great hotel…easy access (by car) to lots of restaurants, and shopping. Breakfast was great, customer service top notch. Uber to downtown was about 50 bucks so could get pricy if that’s where you need to go and you aren’t driving. Just FYI. Hotel is an excellent choice!!

Great service, excellent breakfast and comfortable accommodations make for a desirable stay every time. Close to lots of nearby restaurants, a grocery store and other amenities. Highly recommended!

This property was very clean, neat, and tidy. Very Quiet for a Saturday night stay. Conveniently located with a shopping center very close by. I was able to take back roads from Tuscaloosa, AL to avoid delays on the interstate that was occuring at the time of travel.

Very new and clean hotel. The only draw for us was the distance from Tuscaloosa. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was an added bonus and lots of food options for most everyone. Location was convenient and the rooms were updated and tidy. Will definitely stay here again when attending another Bama game.

Amazing Experience!
Starting with check-in, we arrived late and the lady at the front desk greeted us and was so pleasant! Without us asking she offered us a late check-out which helped tremendously! The hotel was so inviting! Our room was very clean and comfortable! Thank you for such a great stay and great hospitality!

I had 2 queen suites reserved the hotel tried giving us one King room and one queen. We needed the beds for the children.

Very clean room, all areas of the hotel were very clean and new looking. Breakfast was wonderful, something for everyone. Very spacious lobby, kind and courteous staff.

Charged my card 3 separate times for the same stay and offered no resolution. It was like they just did not care. It will be the last time I stay at a hotel from the Holiday Inn family of hotels.
