Hôtel Madame Rêve

Spectacular. The quality of every square inch of this hotel is simply second to none. The wooden floors, walls, and custom cabinetry in the guest rooms looks so elegant but is also so comfortable at the same time. The view of city you get at this hotel from your room (if you’re facing the outside) and the rooftop were stunning and made it a struggle for us to go out and explore the city. Very friendly and accommodating hotel staff at every turn. The location is pretty unbeatable too. Walking distance to so many things like The Louvre, Galleria Lafayette, Notre Dame, and a ton of great restaurants and shops. We dined at ROOF the last night and enjoyed it so much we were a little disappointed we didn’t try their other restaurants, but c’est la vie. Madame Reve deserves all the credit for creating a truly unique and memorable experience because it shines in every area you always hope your hotel will and enriches your time in an already amazing city like Paris.

Excellent hotel with great staff in a very good location. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Fabulous restaurant and roof top bar.

Madame Rêve is an extraordinary hotel and was one of the highlights of our stay in Paris. The historic former post office is magnificent, and the designers have done something difficult exceptionally well: preserved the character and history of the building while creating rooms that feel sophisticated, warm, modern and unmistakably Parisian. Our room was gorgeous—beautiful herringbone floors, rich wood, leather and marble, thoughtful architectural details and furnishings, and an incredible bathroom. Everything felt considered rather than simply “luxurious.” Even the hotel’s signature rose-and-cedar scent is beautiful and adds to the sense that every detail of the experience has been deliberately designed. The rooftop is spectacular. The panoramic views across Paris are genuinely breathtaking, particularly at night—you can see Sacré-Cœur glowing over Montmartre, the Eiffel Tower illuminated in the distance, and the rooftops and monuments of Paris in seemingly every direction. The sauna was another wonderful surprise and such a luxurious place to retreat after spending the day walking through Paris. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Everyone we encountered was warm, gracious, attentive and genuinely helpful. The service was polished without ever feeling stiff or impersonal, and the staff made us feel incredibly well cared for throughout our stay. The location in the 1st arrondissement is fantastic for exploring Paris on foot. Madame Rêve manages to be historic,
