We were completely price gouged for this property because of the day. There was a price sign on the sign in desk that had prices advertised 3 times lower then what we paid in advance with hotel.com. Hotel was completely falling apart and not at all as advertised. I was Very mislead. Rusty tub. Doir to bathroom would not shut, with nails falling out of it on the floor to step on. Carpet not even installed properly, tripping hazard. Chain on door missing. No amenities ,like tissues, ice, or iron, And a partially filled ,green, slimmy, mosquito filled pool.

I was satisfied with my room for the price I paid for it. Thete is a nice restaurant next door.

The room is nice and clean. The staff is amazing and considerate. Thank them they deserve it.

Tub wasn't working properly, the room was in very bad condition and we only had two very very old shower towels with holes on it.
The laundry room was really dirty and out of all the washer and dryer machine there was only one o two working..

We asked for non smoking, king. We got smoking, double bed. It was dirty, ripped carpet, roaches, no towels or soap. Disgusting!

O.G. Hotel in Killeen, but the standards are way too low.

I liked the prices and the friendly staff. What i didnt like is that the room really wasnt clean and the shower head and drain needs to be fixed in room 122 before u let anyone else stay in that room other than that the room was good and the staff is good.

The staff was excellent but what really made it an okay review was because the tv didn’t work good, you couldn’t hear anything. Towels are too small to even wrap yourself with to take a shower and I’m tiny lol. And lastly was having a really hard time trying to connect to the wifi. I loved the staff very helpful but everything else was okay.

We stayed for 3 nights. The carpet was frayed and need of replacing. The bed was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. The bath tub needed cleaning and the water was barely warm when taken a shower. The pictures on the web showed a nice place, but the room was disappointing. The pool was not filled and website showed the pool was filled. We was looking forward to swimming there.

The Resident at thks hotel charged my card to take off his rent .I called the police .When i asked to speak with the manager he said I am the manager.Tbey are running this business like a plantation.The hitel had people on house arrest sex offenders peoplde peeking in my windows A jeremy ..Sex ofdenders.Dirty carpet no house keeping came to seevice my room.They charged my card without my permission for charges

Walked in the door then walked right back out. Thick smell of mold. Will never go back. There was mold all over the bedding and beds.

Stay was decent. Towels were tiny and I had reserved a king bed. When arriving to hotel they gave us 2 queen beds instead. Aside from that the service was great.

Bathroom was dirty & stained. The iron had calcium build up. The shower head was barely working.

I checked out a day early due to the gross hotel room I had. There was long black hair all over the shower walls, sticky stuff all over the floors, just all in all a not a clean place.

Property wasn’t what I expected in pictures. There’s a curfew, people are loud and banging on walls. Beds low and uncomfortable. Roach traps were seen in corner of sink. Microwave couldn’t plug in unless it was on the floor.

Hair in the drain, housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms between nights, didn’t give us towels and when we went to ask, they were out of towels. You get what you pay for I guess
