Our stay was great! The hotel looks newer, the staff was very nice! The room was clean, and the toiletries all refilled. This is a great location for Garden of the Gods and Manitu.

New construction. Everything was spotless. Was someone cleaning all the time. Had some deer come right up to me out side off the parking lot. Nice place.

Our request on reservation we’re very well honored. We had a beautiful view of pikes Peak from our third floor room. Our grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and hot tub. Very well-maintained hotel
Jamie, one of the front desk gals was extremely friendly and helpful. I just wish you all could provide a higher for the check-in people. Or chairs to sit in, as you are, asking a lot of them to stand for their whole shift. it would be very hard on their back long-term to be stooped over as much as they have to be. I would not be able to work here. The breakfast was wonderful and Margaret took very good care of all of us in the breakfast room.
You should do all you can to maintain your good workers.

Very convenient to Garden of The Gods and close to shops. Workout gym was clean and nice, breakfast was great.

Excellent, both the room and the hotel itself were really clean. The breakfast was also really tasty, and had good enough variety.

Hotel was in a quiet & safe location. Bus stop was just outside the hotel. There were enough parking spaces for the vehicles. The only thing was their pancake machine was broken the whole 4 days we were there and their food in the refrigerator like their milk, eggs & yogurt got more scarce as the days went on.

Check in was super easy. Covered parking was very convenient to elevator. Good breakfast choices and eating area. Hot tub was the perfect temperature and the pool was nice.

We had a wonderful 3 day/night visit to Manitou Springs and the Holidsy Inn was a great home base! Very clean and well-kept, although a little spartan in decor. The breakfast was excellent!

Lovely room, very comfortable bed and a great location—what’s not to like? Old Colorado Springs one direction and downtown Manitou Springs the other direction and convenient to all area attractions, including Garden of the Gods. Decent hot buffet breakfast is included as well.

The older gentleman that checked us in was not very pleasant and not helpful at all. The girls in the morning we’re great and helpful. Not staying here again.

The rooms were great, comfortable and quiet! Staff was super friendly. The location next to Garden of the Gods was perfect and the main reason we picked this hotel!

Great place to stay. Close to the tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Finally the room and common areas have the best lighting of any place I have stayed. Wish I had that quality of lighting in my house.
