I made reservation. It was cheap. I showed up and paid the deposit. It was cheap. I showered and slept. It was clean and tidy. No frills, but I didn't want any. Got my 50 dollar depost back at checkout almost instantly. This is the perfect hotel to stay if you care only about price and cleanliness.

I was here 4 hours to catch some sleep on a hunting trip. It was fine for what I needed it for.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a very basic motel - but very clean with a comfortable bed and NO BUGS!! The shampoo/soap etc is given in small packs but it's sufficient. Only complaint is the noise - all night - but I'm not sure it's the motel's fault.

The room was very clean. The owners were friendly and I got my cash deposit back with no problems. It would be nice to have a hair dryer in the room and bigger pillows. Overall, the room was a good value--especially compared to the cost of lodging near the Chattanooga area. The motel is also conveniently located close to several restaurants.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for my needs and felt safe. No real lobby but didn't need anything. Would like bigger towels or more than 2 if it only covers my head!!

The hotel was a little old but it looks like it has been remodeled recently. Updated floors freshly panted and extremely clean. deposit on my room was a surprise I thought it would have been included with the room cost. But it wasn’t really that high and as long as you don’t smoke in the room or destroy something you should get it back I just wish they had been more up front about needing a deposit before I had booked my room. I’m planning on recommending the royal inn to everybody I know that comes to this area

Linens had urine stains and burn holes all over them, only had 2 towels for 3 people, looked like they had black grease stains on them nothing in this room was newly renovated, Had to pay a $150 cash deposit. They had to come check the room before we left Big glue traps for rats sitting around, my very small service dog stepped on this. It could have been a child. Manager very rude. Not a safe area No i am not a person that needs a Hilton, but I do like clean sheets & towels during this COVID I will not be staying there again.

It was newly renovated. I didn’t like because it didn’t have a pool area or a friendly lobby where you could sit if needed too.

This is a basic hotel room. But it was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. It was strange to pay a $50 cash deposit at sign in and receive it back once they hotel staff "checked" the room. Not sure why that was required but didn't ask. All in all,...a good night's sleep at a nice clean room.

Last second stay due to unexpected traffic slowing our trip home from Spring Break. First, they said we didn't have a reservation. Then, they demanded a case deposit for our dogs and increased the per pet fee to $15 while Hotels.com said it was $10. Place is the WORST looking location in the immediate area, there were noises all night long, and threatening strangers lurking in the parking lot. My daughter barricaded the door before she would go to sleep. Dishonest and poorly maintained. Not worth $100 much less the $250 they charged me.

Had to check on from outside. The tv doesn’t work and the microwave looks like it was in a fist fight. Don’t stay here. Also had to sign handwritten paperwork. Made me very nervous.

It was for a best friends wedding the room was renovated and the management was new, very friendly, understanding, and professional. Loved my stay would recommend 100%
