Hinoen Hotel

Stayed here for several weeks and couldn’t have wished for a better hotel. Excellent location, directly next to an MRT entrance, easily accessible from the airport and able to reach anywhere in the city. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, short walk away from Ximen. The room was spacious and clean, was equipped with universal outlets, a mini-fridge, and all the necessary bathroom amenities, including an easy to use smart toilet. WiFi was good for daily tasks and calls. The common area has dishes and utensils, and a microwave. Laundry room was free, well stocked, with modern machines, and never too busy. Stuff were polite and helpful, spoke English. We felt very welcome and ended up booking again to extend our stay.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The location is very close to Taipei Main Station. The most I like is that it was very quiet. I did not hear any noise from next doors or from the corridor. I will stay here again if I visit Taipei in the future.

This was our 4th stay at Hinoen Hotel, and it continues to be our absolute favorite place to stay in Taiwan! The location in the Zhongzheng District is unbeatable. It is a seamless 10-minute walk to Taipei Main Station (right near Exit Z4) and an equally easy 10-minute walk to the vibrant Ximending area. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient, packed with endless restaurants, cozy coffee spots, fantastic boba and fruit tea shops, and multiple 7-11 and Family Mart stores right at your doorstep. What truly sets Hinoen Hotel apart, though, is their thoughtful hospitality. The staff is consistently super friendly and incredibly helpful every single time we visit. They provide amenities that make traveling so much easier, including free umbrellas for rainy days and a highly appreciated free washer and dryer setup. There is also a fantastic lounge area in the basement equipped with a coffee machine, water dispenser, and a microwave. As a wonderful bonus this year, we were thrilled to find that the rooms now come equipped with a Nespresso machine and two complimentary pods—a premium touch that we fully enjoyed every morning! Hinoen Hotel gets everything right, from convenience to comfort. This will absolutely continue to be our premier "go-to" hotel whenever we visit Taiwan. We cannot recommend it highly enough!
