I was ready disappointed and pissed, April 6, 2024 when I get there at 11:00pm try to check in the front staff told us they are all booked and have no room for us, I questioned the staff what happened to my reservation? he said it first come first serve??? is anyone run into this situation??? i just don't understand how can that happened? while I book the room weeks ago, and I'm here with my reservation paper work and they said it's first come first serve??? the funny thing is they still charged my credit card while I wasn't even get a room.

Hotel oversold rooms by 19. Had a wait and when we finally were assigned a room, the tv didn’t work.

They need to change weekend manager. She is just rude and unfriendly. Thanks to her, she ruined every good impression on this hotel.

Very contemporary. The only problem was the morning breakfast buffet wasn't complimentary... it was $16!!!

Everything was fine except for a huge fresh pee spot on bed that I discovered at 1 am.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby was a challenge, thanks to horrendous snow storm, though they had a very polite and friendly staff person moppping in an effort to keep it nice!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and looks very upscale for a reasonable price. Staff was nice and room was spotless. Shower was awesome. Enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!

We often use AC hotels and this was my first time staying in STL! Great staff and allowed a complementary late checkout while dropping our daughter college. So appreciated during a bittersweet time! Thank you AC STL!

They don’t service rooms everyday. Actually only did 1 “refresh”, not even a full cleaning, once in our 4 night stay. Unacceptable…

The design of the property was aesthetically pleasing. The staff was courteous and helpful as well.

This was a REALLY nice hotel. The only thing I didn'rlt like was their toilets. They are square shaped and the toilet seat sits back further than the edge of the toilet so every time you sit down you are sitting on half the seat and half the actual toilet.

Very clean hotel and is in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area. Staff is helpful and the room was perfect. The only thing they could improve upon is their breakfast. Paying a higher premium for the room should have this included.

Very clean and modern hotel in a convenient location. The only issue we experienced was an inability to contact the front desk either by room or personal phone in the evening. We tried to reach out with a question and no one ever answered the phone over an hour long period of trying. It was a minor inconvenience in our case, but glad we didn’t have a larger issue.
