TV did not work. Cable service not connected

I had some Safety Concerns

No breakfast, just coffee. Room smelled, floor was slick. Will not go back!

Had difficulty checking in which was okay lady said she was new so I was patient. Opened door to room and full size fridge was sitting in doorway, asked about this and lady pushed it against wall. Floors and linens dirty, bought a broom to clean floors and requested linen that appeared to be washed. Breakfast not offered as advertised. Only good thing was bed linens appeared to be clean.

The property was listed on here as having continental breakfast included. There was no where to eat, and honestly based on the cleanliness I wouldn’t have eaten there anyways. The entire floor of my room felt like oil was spilled all over it, the toilet didn’t flush, the fire detector was pulled off the wall with no batteries in it. When I was checking in, there was one woman checking me in. While she was kind to me, she was too occupied talking to the teenagers. For such a small space there shouldn’t have been so many people who were not actively working.

The owner at the front desk was super nice! We booked the property due to misunderstanding that there were a hot tub and pool but there wasn't. It wasnt a huge deal. We booked a king bed room but were given a 2 queen bed room. We were quite disappointed with that but in the end decided to make it work. The biggest issue we had was with the lighting and electrical in the room. The room was super dim and only one of the lamps worked. The vanity light worked for 10 minutes at a time before it cut off on its own. It was impossible to do any kind of primping in this room. The only plug ins that worked was beside the vanity and one behind the bed table which was a pain to move. The place definitely needs a face lift but we made it work. There were a lot of people just kind of wandering around the place and my husband even got asked to pay for special services, if you know what i mean. We carry so that stuff doesnt bother us but it might others.

Room needed new everything. Old bathroom etc. Seedy people lurking. Did not feel our car would be safe in the parking lot. Office was locked up and could not find anyone to assist us. Refused to stay and requested a refund.

There was no trash can,no tissue and only the bathroom area light works.

Room was outdated. Towels smelled like bug spray. Mattress very old. Pillows flat.

There was no toliet paper, the toliet seat was not attached, there was no smoke detector installed (base and wires on the wall but no dector preset) amd there was no key drop off (we left before staff had arrived) and had to slide the key under the exterior service window

This Econo Lodge looks a lot better in the photo than in person. It is a facility being remodeled and lacking items like breakfast, cups in the room, hangers, etc. Compared with the Econo Lodge Exit 29 in Brunswick, it's like A Tale of Two Cities. I spent the night and left at 3 AM, I had to leave the room keys at a night window because there was no one there. Maybe, someday, it will be a nice place. As of now, it is a dump. The only thing nice I can say about it is that the young man at the reception desk was pleasant.

Once we got everything unloaded and into the room I went to turn tv on and it wouldn’t work after a few minutes of doing everything I could think of I called down to the office on my cell ain’t no phone in the room, told her the issue she sent someone to fix it, then after that I finally got my granddaughter laying down and had to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper no rags no towels no soap, shampoo etc. no trash can no ash tray for a smoking room so went down stairs and told them she handed me a roll of toilet paper and said someone would bring the towels. I got tired of waiting after a good 30-45 minutes and laid down then he knows on the door with our towels!

The young man who was the Desk Clerk apologized for the False indication on the Hotel.com website. They don't provide Any Continental Breakfast. They don't have a working Ice Machine. I reserved a King Bed room but requested first floor as there is no elevator and I have a bad back that makes steps difficult.. I was given a double bed room that was so poorly painted it was gray with white paint showing in several walls. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom nor a rod to hold a roll on the paper wall mount. The desk clerk did provide both for me when I returned from dinner. I have never had any issues with Hotel.com units until this place that even the exterior needs n upgrade painting.

Checkin was quick and friendly. Room clean but not much there. Part roll of TP, no hand towels. Tv wouldn’t work some plugs don’t work either. No trash can?? Not sure what happened. We just slept and left early, so I’m not sure about the free breakfast or there it was to be had. Did’t see an area for it.

My husband and I were very disappointed with the whole stay except the young man at the front desk that did his best. I had asked for accessible- they put us on the second floor with no elevator. They said there was breakfast included…..no breakfast! The bathroom was filthy…I can send pictures. Our money should be refunded!!

This place is an absolute dumpster fire keep driving don't stop here we stay in hotel rooms every single night for work this is definitely top five the worst no towels, no trash can, linoleum floor absolutely gross, people above us having multiple arguments we called the front desk multiple times in the middle of the night. Property is super sketchy!! And there was no security latch on door we had to put the bag in front of the door!!

Property was clean and quiet. Some update with the TV/cable service needed, but overall a pleasant stay

Wanted to use the laundry facility and I wasn't able to nor would I want to after I seen used condoms in the washer. Staff was very friendly wasn't a bad stay at all. People upstairs was very noisy but that's to be expected with having kids but I feel like the rooms in any hotel should only use the bottom rooms for elderly folks and people with children that way they can run around all night and no one will hear them. But when you put family's with children upstairs then the guest below hear them all day.

It was a nice motel. Unfortunately, not cleaned. There were roaches in the room. Someone left their food in the microwave and the cleaning people did not remove it (or clean the microwave). No coffee maker in the room. No ice machine. Breakfast was sun chips. But, worst of all, there were dozens of young adults loitering around the place. Apparently, they lived there and as young adults do, they socialize. It did not make for a quiet, restful evening. Ok, if the place were dirt cheap I might put up with it. But I paid $92, plus $10 for the cat. Absolutely ridiculous. Complained to the owner, but he made no concessions. If you are a young adult looking to socialize, you might like this place (Spainish is a must to communicate). Otherwise, stay away

I was shocked at the positive reviews now being there. It was run down, plumbing was poor, tub didn't drain, reserved room was not available (King) so we did a queen. It felt really run down. Toilet seat was not attached, sink was hard to turn off. No coffee maker, no cups, it felt like a flop house. We left at 3am... just couldn't take it.
