Charlotte was amazing! She helped us with our bags to our room, it was my friend, my dog and I, she explained everything and was so welcoming! The room was very clean, comfortable and even came with complimentary snacks and drinks! The rooftop bar had some nice views and cocktails! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Had coffee car in the morning and checked out the speakeasy the night before! We will be back and would love to check out the Charleston one!

Awesome hotel!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near many restaurants and walking distance to all of downtown. We had some glitches during our stay. Since it was Winter some venues were closed or had limited hours, which we were not informed of. As an example, Trivia was scheduled for 8 pm. When we showed up we were told (in front of a sign that said 8 pm), that it started at 7. At that point there was no wait service at any venue at the hotel. We went out for dinner. Although valet is in my view expensive, our car was not met by anyone several times.

The hotel was conveniently located to the center of town so easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooms were modern and clean with a well stocked fridge of beverages. They also provided a great continental breakfast to our doorstep!

Stayed here once before and decided to stay again to celebrate our wedding anniversary. While at check in the agent asked what brought us to town and we said our anniversary. When we got to our room there was a wonderful surprise waiting for us! Hotel is a perfect location downtown.

We have stayed at this one prior time and it was amazing. However, our second time was awful. It was so noisy, as they had a DJ upstairs vlasting music on a Sunday untol 10pm. It shook our room walls.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Restoration and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in ensuring guest comfort was evident, from the luxurious bedding to the well-stocked amenities. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring downtown Asheville. Overall, my experience at The Restoration was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of attentive service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming ambiance made my stay memorable. The property is beautiful. Very well appointed rooms and common spaces. It is a stones throw away from anywhere you want to be in Ashville. The only criticisms I have are: 1. One of the nights we stayed there we got a call at 2 a.m. in the morning because someone called in a noise complaint. It wasnt us, we were fast asleep and the hotel stafff could have came up to check it out before waking someone out of deep sleep. The other complaint is that the shower wouldnt get hot enough, this is subjective but I feel like you should be able to choose as to how hot the water you shower with is

Attended the NYE Masquerade party. The event was great, the hotel decor and room were very nice. The hotel staff service, not so great. The hotel hosts a 5:00-6:00pm wine, charcuterie happy hour. No staff to attend charcuterie, wine cart upon arrival at 5:00pm. It was a pain to get club soda and coffee as when staff did arrive we were told they could not leave the cart. Cart was 10 feet from the bar. Understaffed and disorganized. The coffee bar was closed our entire stay. Was unable to get coffee in lobby downstairs entire stay. They advertise free breakfast. Was served cold bagels and unripe pears for two when they knew there were three people staying in room. Who eats cold bagels? Requested champagne glasses to room from room service. Never arrived. Lovely decor in hotel and room but their amenities and staff service left a lot to be desired especially when they jacked their price up for accommodation for New Years Eve.

Perfect location in Downtown Asheville. Very nicely appointed.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in downtown Asheville. It is in a great location for eating and shopping. The staff is very friendly. Maybe because it is new (first year), there are some small kinks for the hotel to work out, given the price point. Overall, I would recommend it.

The front desk staff was exceptional, and the property is quite beautiful! Sophie was particularly helpful at the reception area. We attended a masquerade party, which had fantastic music, excellent staff and was nicely organized. We live locally but would certainly visit again.

There were a lot of homeless people in the surrounding area of the hotel. At night walking. T dog alone I did not feel safe.

Extremely friendly staff, great location, provides transportation within a 3 mile radius to attractions. Would definitely stay again!

Food was mediocre. Worst thing is the electrical system has a faulty design. Motion sensors in the room turn off all the power including the nightstands after 30 minutes of no movement....like when you are sleeping. So the power to my CPAP goes out and I had to go downstairs to get help. Ended up making 2 trips and had to wake up my wife and PULL THE BED out to find a single outlet that has continuous power. Incredible.

This is a beautiful new hotel right in the heart of everything. The location is excellent, with a safe parking deck behind the hotel. It’s the attention to detail that make this hotel extra special! The breakfast basket, hot chocolate in the lobby, gorgeous design details in the room and throughout the common spaces, and the attentive staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Restoration and would recommend it to anyone! Perfect for a couples getaway!

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of everything!

We loved the roof top bar. Our room was spacious and clean. The Hotel is so convenient to most things too. Sports Club downstairs does a trivia night and has a bowling Alley. Lots of fun!

I cannot say enough great things about this property. Every single thing about this hotel is special, the people, the rooms, the bar and restaurants, the special touches like breakfast picnic baskets and treats in your room. I will NEVER stay anywhere else in Asheville.

The Restoration Hotel waa right in the middle of downtown Asheville and within walking distance to our favorite breweries. I would stay there again. I wish the rooftop and basement lounges wouldve been open but winter hours they were closed on the nights we were there.

The Pros: This property is brand new, just modern enough with lots of vintage charm, high-end designs and a luxury feel. Its located in the perfect spot downtown with all manner of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The customer service was wonderful. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and several people went the extra step to help make our weekend special. While unfortunately the restaurant and lower lounge were closed when we tried to visit, we did get a chance to drink/eat at the Observatory which has a lovely view of the square. The toiletries were nice quality and smelled lovely. Weird detail but the humidity level was LOW, which was a nice change from a typical hotel that struggles with ventilation. The breakfast baskets are a nice touch (though these should be looked at as a snack) and some of the in-room beverages are complimentary. CONS: While the bathroom is very modern, the doors are sliding with just a privacy glass for the toilet so not much privacy in the bathroom if you actually need to use it. Biggest issue was noise. We ended up sandwiched between a snorer and a rowdy room of teenagers which left us poorly rested for 2 of our 3 nights. Unsure if we were just unlucky or if noise is a common issue between rooms. Overall our stay was nice but not perfect.

This hotel was fabulous! Very cool with a great morning breakfast service and coffee bar. Views from the upstairs restaurant or amazing.

This was a great spot to stay. Be forewarned that Hotels.com isn’t accurate for this hotel. There isn’t free bike rental, they don’t have a pool. Those are apparently the amenities at the Charleston location.

We were so happy about our stay at Restoration. Great hotel and a perfect location.
