This hotel was so clean and the staff super friendly! Free breakfast was delicious!

The mattress was so hard that I couldn’t sleep either night. I’m a side sleeper and my hips ached as a result. Nothing else matters if the mattress is uncomfortable. I asked the staff if they had any softer mattresses and they didn’t know. Ugh!!! Good place in every other way.

It was an easy check in. Very clean and nice looking hotel.

Effortless check in and great room.

Booked my room almost 2 weeks ago. I get to hotel and they give me a queen room and my reservation says King roo.. she tells me thete out of king rooms. How could that be when i booked a king room 2 weeks ago and it says so on my reservation. Sorry she says i just have a note here that says we are out of king rooms. That a lie. They sold my King room to someone else and lied to me because i booked with Expedia.

Suite was very well laid out, clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Check in was a breeze. I definitely will come back here whenever I’m in the area again.

Everything was great! Room clean and spacious...only wished there was a lighted make-up mirror provided! Well deserving of the 9.6 rating from other reviews.

I’ve stayed here several times before and have always thought of it as a beautiful clean hotel. This last stay the tv in the living room didn’t work, toe nail clippings behind the couch, toe nail and litter behind the bed side table, and the blind had dead bugs rolled in it. Very disappointed in this room.

Great shower, nice room, Great walking path along the river. Easy to travel around the city. Good breakfast bar in the morning. Plan on making this my go to place when visiting Oshkosh...

New clean and beautiful. We loved it; from the kitchen set up and utensils the closet, everything. It looks like they really thought about the traveler's needs and made sure they will feel at home when they check into the hotel.

The young gentleman that checked us in was amazing. He made sure that everything was good. He even went over & beyond as a few doors down, the people were out, they had a dog there & it was barking non stop for over an hour. He was so awesome that he called the people who were out tat the dog was being an issue. Otherwise one of the best places to stay!!

Shower water pressure was great! Although I felt as if it was just spraying water out on the bathroom floor. Furniture (desk chair, couch) were very hard and uncomfortable. There were some crumbs left on floor from previous guest.

The hotel and staff are fantastic! The only complaint is that all first floor rooms that face the parking lot should have black out shades. I was trying to sleep and three different times guests were just sitting in their cars with the headlights shinning right in my room. I tried to hang a towel in the window but that didn't work. I was really irritated.

We were in town just overnight for a funeral. The hotel was in the perfect location, clean, new, and comfortable. I loved having a suite with a kitchenette. There was plenty of space to spread out, warm some soup, keep water cold, etc. The closet was awesome. Everything was great. Perfect for our needs!

This hotel has done it right. From the cleanliness to the amazing customer service, this is the best hotel in Oshkosh. Pros: Free breakfast, warm pool, beautiful fitness center, food nearby, nice kitchenettes with full refrigerators, tall shower heads (tall people will totally understand why I wrote that), lovely employees, and just an overall great hotel! Cons: Only one - if you have young kids, the shower gets a bit messy. There is only a half wall (no door) and the showerhead is fixed. You will have to get in the shower to help your child wash their hair. I got incredibly wet every night. It would be amazing to have one with a flexible arm so it is easier to wash kids hair. There is no tub, so a shower is the only way. However, this will not deter me from staying here again. This will 100% be hour hotel when we visit Oshkosh each year. Overall, I 100% recommend this hotel and thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property is new, clean, very nice. I have no complaints. Breakfast could have had more variety of hot choices; however, there were sufficient grab and go options. I would stay here again.

The "pull-out couch" is not fitbfor sleeping on. There is no way our room should be advertised to sleep four.
