I would recommend staying at this property. It’s in a very quiet area and beautiful neighborhood. The property matches with what is shown. The interior is really nice. The outside as you pull up could use some clean up and they could make a nice outdoor patio/sitting area but that doesn’t exist. If you are planning to go to a beach in the area you need to bring your own beach towels as they aren’t provided. Otherwise what’s included meets what you need for a good stay.I would stay again if back in the area.

Great location and view!

Very convenient to everything. Clean and plenty of supplies.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is in a really nice location and has a beautiful view. Having a private dock available to hang out and fish from was really convenient and fun! Unfortunately the housekeeping was quite subpar, especially for a place that charges such a high amount for cleaning. It's pretty hard not to feel taken advantage of when you've paid a nearly $800 cleaning fee and there are multiple things that are obviously neglected both inside and outside the house. One good thing I can say is that we had to contact the company to ask them to at least remove the trash from outside because the can was full from previous guests and we had no room to throw our garbage away, and they were quick to respond and deal with that, so that was nice.In the future I'm just going to avoid booking places with such high fees to begin with, no matter how great the location might be. It's simply too much of a risk to put a bummer on an otherwise nice trip!
