We really enjoyed our stay at this Beautiful Vintage Boutique Hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and the architecture was Amazing! The morning breakfast was a gourmet buffet and the hotel owners and staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly!

The Staffs were so lovely! We had an amazing restful days at the property. The food, beverages and services are simply the best. And also the decoration and story of the house, and also having the chance to meet the owner and hear the story of the family and property was a bonus! Totally reccomeded! Breakfast was perfect and the pool services too. The beach is pretty close, by 10 minutes of a pleasent walk.

It was the most unbelievable hotel that I have ever stayed in. The decor, the staff, the view, the amenities, the food, and the service are all outstanding. The love and genuine hospitality of all the staff was as good as you could hope for in a hotel. The property has only been open as a hotel for 1 yr but has been painstakingly put together by the family that owns it, and you will receive a 6 star offering that has to be seen to be believed. This hotel is so quaint and luxurious at once. Service was impeccable on all fronts. Staff are welcoming and friendly and so helpful. The venue is situated walking distance to both Cascais and Estoril (10-15 minutes either direction). There is a convenient tunnel that takes you under the road over to the beach, and the ocean front walkway. This hotel is relaxing and you could also just spend all your time here! The pool is quiet and less busy than the beach if you prefer. There are numerous areas to sit and enjoy a cool drink inside, but the patios have a lot of shady spots to sit outside during hot days. The rooms are spacious with very large comfortable beds, and well equipped bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with AC, and the main house has great air floor with ocean breezes. Recommend doing their high tea at least once during your stay, and the breakfast is top tier. We will definitely be back!

There is a road running in front of the hotel but we didn't find it disruptive as it is just background noise at worst.

it was brilliant in every way. I can’t really fault it. we stayed in the ‘worst’ room, the attic room, which was wonderful. the staff were great, the room was great, the facilities were great (small small gym and not huge pool but who cares!) and our stay was brilliant in every way. not too pricey or crazy for drinks, etc. and the breakfast was great

not much. the walk to the beach is a little annoying - going around a main road - but hardly enough to ruin the wonderful hotel and it’s beautiful view of the ocean

The most beautiful property, inside and out. Fantastic location/view. Pleasant, easy walk into Cascais. Staff were amazing from start to finish. Made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. Really nice, friendly owner. Breakfast was delicious. Quality over quantity. Great coffee. Room sumptuous and well equipped - robe/slippers, tea/coffee/biscuits, water etc. Very comfy bed and the best shower, ever!! Lovely, tranquil pool area and no problem getting a sun lounger. This hotel exceeded expectations. We will be back!

We would have preferred our room to be a couple of degrees cooler (AC centrally controlled) But that’s just our preference, and wasn’t a real issue! Entrance to property could be more clearly marked?

This a beautiful and elegant hotel and the location is wonderful. it was a lovely 10 min walk to all the restaurants in Cais Cais but removed from the crowds and tourism. The owner is lovely and all of the staff at the hotel and restaurant were exceptional!

A beautiful period property with such attention to detail for making our stay so enjoyable, from the Molton Brown toiletries to the incredibly comfortable sun beds around the pool. The view from the terrace of the Cascais and Estoril coastline is simply the best and a very pleasant place for sundowners. Special thanks to George and the restaurant/bar staff for being so welcoming.

What a stay! Sometimes you don't want to tell your discoveries, to keep it for yourself. But this one needs to be shared. A magic luxery boutique hotel, on the border or Estoril and Cascais. You enter a world of history but with a contempory atmosphere. Staff is excellent and gives you a feeling of being home with kindness, friendly talks and classy suggestions for restaurants and visits. Also the restaurant in the hotel where breakfast, lunch and diner is served is Michelin worthy.

Wonderful hotel; an excellent location with beautiful views over the sea and friendly and attentive staff. Such a charming place, a real taste of Portugal at the luxurious end of the scale. We had a small team of people, 4 rooms, and everyone raved about how lovely it was.

The only little comment I have is that on a previous visit for dinner (a few weeks before we booked our team in to stay at the hotel) there were some teething problems with the kitchen, but this was just after the hotel opened for the first time, so I'm sure they have sorted it out by now.

The hotel and gardens were very nice .We only used bed and bathrooms we were very busy over The two days we stayed, did not have breakfast.

We did not think that our stay was value for money

Staff was always friendly, the house has an interesting decoration in a classical/baroque style and the breakfast terrace has a great ocean view.

The attic room was ok but we considered it absurdly overpriced. The windows are ground-level, the sloped ceiling makes it feel smaller than it is, and the worst was that we could hear the people in a neighboring room (coughing, speaking and laughing). For a room at over 300€ at night, this is absolutely unacceptable.
