The elevator. Proximity to Main Street. The Kitchen was awesome.

The beds were like sleeping on a board. The bedroom curtains did not cover the windows.

It was a million dollar condo on the Main Street in Grand Lake, convenient to everything and a short walk to the lake. Watching the parade from the 2nd story patio was wonderful!Loved the pots and pans and cooking items!

Their cleaning standards were disappointing, kitchen countertops had grease and dried food. I’ve asked for a refund of the exorbitant cleaning fee but, I’ve not heard back from the management company. The modern furniture was very uncomfortable, especially the hard beds with thin mattresses and the worst toilet paper ever. The tv in the living room didn’t work correctly and when we called the number listed for questions, the lady had no clue how to help us, put us on hold, then dis-connected us!
