This guesthouse doesn't even exist. Address is plot number 14 which an empty plot with no building. The person on call is in fact a property dealer and when you call him he shows you different locations with pathetic rooms. All the reviews are fake and apparently purchased. Do not ever go there if you don't want to ruin your trip.

It's one of the cleanest and most comfortable places you can find in Islamabad
The manager Jahan and staff is amazing and always reachable
Hot water facility was absent for 4 hours due to some technical issue and more nothing to say

I absolutely loved staying here wih my family. They were so kind, welcoming and really interesting to talk to them. I was really hungry and because everything was closed (due to Muharram), they kindly ordered me food and didn't accept money. Thank you for everything.

Zaib Guest House Islamabad is clean, neat, modern, and equipped with all facilities. Like the rooftop, very spaces.
Near to airport and centaurs Mall, near to all amenities, near to main markaz & supermarkets.
The staff team is very helpful especially special care from Ali and Nayaz, who accompany me to markets for groceries and polite greetings.
Internet is strong, along with the Netflix facility
Very pleasant and comfortable stay, Value for money.
Will come back again!

Although, I stayed there for one night but it felt like home.
Everything was good. The main thing in a guest house is their staff if they are helpful, the stay will always be Charming. That's the case here. I loved my stay here and will look forward for stay here in future.
