Peaceful location with a lot of green around. Nice walking trail along the golf course. Great swimming pool, felt like a private :-). Airconditioning in every room. Great, very responsive hosts. The seating area outside is perfect for late , warm evenings. Very close to grocery stores ( 6 min by car).
It would be great to have better cleaning equipment ( vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush). If you stay for two weeks, you actually need to clean a bit, and the experience with the existing vacuum cleaner was less than optimal and stinky.
Swimming pool opening hours could be extended, beyond 7 pm.
