Nothing stood out.
I don't understand why the hotel was so expensive to stay. It was just fine but definitely not 5*. We paid less than half this price for other hotels across Georgia that were of equal standard or better.
Also, a male member of staff (a manager, I think) was unkind to a dog that was absolutely no bother to us or the other guests on the patio. He had clearly been horrible to her before as she barked at him as soon as she saw him but she was very calm, gentle and happy around everyone else. Very sad.
I would be interested to know why you think you are 5*.

Clean room comfortable bed
There were so much noise and extremely chaotic from the room upstairs. We could not sleep all night, It was really terrible !

Good price-value ratio; sauna was the best. In walking distance from city center. Dont expect 5*, but in this range I would recommend. Breakfast was also good for us.
Our room was facing to the stairs, where there was always some kind of loud gatherings till late night. AC was not in cooling mode yet, so sleep was a challange with windows open.
We ordered the hotel airport transfer - driver had no change, which was a dissappointment,

very simple room. Way overpriced for what it is. One night is the absolute maximum to spend there.
it says gum, but the gym has five weights and a treadmill. And it’s lit with bright pink lighting, which is odd.
